Whether picking up at will call, or from a locker, or asking for directions or information from employees, I always receive great service at my local Home Depot. I think this makes other customers more pleasant as well, since the store runs smoothly.

I was looking for information about battery powered chainsaws and two employees answered my questions and were very helpful.

I went on Halloween to get appropriate rain gear for trick or treating. Multiple staff helped me find the products I needed and check out quickly. Thank you! The kids stayed dry and had a great time because of this!

We live in Scappoose so there are a couple of Home Depots that we can go to. However, the Hillsboro store is the best so I'm very willing to travel a little further to get to it. They have the best customer service, very well supplied, and they keep their store tidy. (The other Home Depot stores are kept up pretty good, too. I just prefer this one.)

Always have a bad experience at this location. Employees are unhelpful and lumber carts are hardly available since employees use them for restocking. Never once an employee offered to help. Recent visit was a nightmare. I asked for the manager’s assistance but even he didn’t show up. Now I know why the employees are the way they are because of poor leadership. What a great way to lead by example!

Though everyone tries to be friendly, no one there has any tool knowledge what so ever.

I purchased carpeting and was very pleased with the prompt service and quality of employees that are working in the department!

Bought about $100 of material today to construct a temporary screen porch room to keep our cats in while a few hours work is being done in the house. The employees were very helpful, curteous and professional. They made the shopping easier that usual.

Employees were quick to assist and there were plenty of them on hand. This isn't the store closest to where I live, but I was in the area on other business and took advantage of it's proximity as it was on my way home.

Have noticed improved customer service, in particular toward women buyers.

Called and was told they have metal sheds to look at. Got to the store and there was one small shed in a box. Nothing to look at

From the rental center going above and beyond to team members in the warehouse taking all the time I needed to square me away, I can always count on my Home Depot!

I applaud our cashier Shannon for being so kind by offering boxes that she shared with us to put our outdoor plants in. She said she generally saves them when she sees them empty in the store to help folks like us. In addition she was extremely kind.

My experience I had at H/D was great. Store is clean and the shelves were well stocked. The lines at check out moved well but the day I was there was in the middle of the week and store business was moderate although even days when they were busy when I had been there before the check out time was smooth..

I looked all over for a land mower blade replacement, and Home Depot had it. The employees are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Got all the items I needed at one store at outstanding prices and quality: stove, dish washer, Washer, dryer, and vent over stove. Had an outstanding experience with the appliance salesperson. Installed the vent today and was easy(30 minutes), looks great, and works

We prefer Hillsboro Home Depot for all our home improvement projects. We consistently get better service and the selection is usually good.

I recently bought a bunch of cement bricks; they were super nice & even loaded them into my car! Would recommend this service; saves so much time :) Employees are super friendly and helpful :)

We made online order to pick up they had all things ready to go and helped load and tie down they were very helpful made the transaction that much easier thank you!

We knew what we both needed to pick up but didn’t know where to look. We asked the check out lady and when she was finished said she would look up but that we weee free to check the computer at the end of the counter. She came right over as promised and instantly found the isle & bay to check. Very courteous and very friendly. It was wonderful to see that she has earned many awards on her apron and I’m glad your store recognizes it’s employees for GOOD SERVICE! She deserves them!
