I purchased an area rug. It is very nice quality and the price was great. Thomas carried it to my car and loaded it into my trailer. Very helpful and appreciated.

I was tired and a little frustrated when I got done shopping today. Ashley at the cash register was a pleasant finish to my visit. Much better than the "scan it yourself" machines!

Our business buys quite a lot from Home Depot, and we are in there nearly daily. Over the 10 years we have been in business I have never had a better experience than that provided by Johny and Maria at the service desk. They are knowledgeable, quick, and so pleasant to work with. Johny consistently goes above and beyond the call of sales, and he is my go to when I enter the store. Thanks for keeping our business running! You're all SO VERY appreciated!!!

I often dread having to shop at Home Depot. On my visit today, I needed to cut a piece of board and the power saw had an "Out of Order" sign on it. Francis was the person helping me and he offered to hand saw my piece and I really appreciate it.

Several rude employees, not helpful at all. Sends from counter to counter - better use self service kiosks.

Flooring project started Jan 2021. My products were backordered till April (I get it-Covid). Product finally in stock and was asked if I wanted it delivered...yes it's part of my initial charges you billed me. Apparently the sub-contractors that deliver DONT do stairs (Home Depot doesn't tell you this). 5 months of waiting, now May, and making payments on my purchase every week since Jan, the sub-contractor for install came in, walked around, and said he couldn't do it/2nd opinion from the same sub-contracting company confirmed--the product I chose, could not be installed. I was told by my contact at Home Depot that after product was returned, I would get a refund of my project-no delivery/pick up/restocking fees since we got the 2nd opinion exhausting all possibilities. When the refund went through, it was short $99 of my original charged amount. When called to inquire, I left messages for 3 weeks and no response, I went in to talk to an actual person to get answers. Apparently that 'friendly' delivery is NOT refundable as I was informed....sorry...I got stuck paying for a delivery of product I picked out that couldn't be installed in my space. How is this right? I'm not a flooring expert and chose something I liked thinking if Home Depot went along with it, that was going to be my new floor. I since went to an actual flooring store and I had flooring delivered/installed in less than a month AND they kept me informed, took my phone calls, answered all my questions, did exactly what they said, and did a follow up on my experience. It was so nice to have people that actually cared about their customers, their products, and their service **$99.00 lesson learned, don't do business with a big box company that sub-contracts all parts of a project**

I like this store. The employees are friendly and helpful - and the store manager doesn't hide in an office. I found myself helped by her a couple times. She sets a good example for her employees.

went to buy roof tin but there was no stock, they said it would be in in 2 days went back but still no roof tin.

Poor management. Terrible customer service. They do not honor their advertised specials. Managers are never available to speak to customers. If you have a disability forget trying to get any one to help you.

My first choice in home improvements.

If you need any kind of help from a sales associate whether product knowledge or even just needing something not stocked on shelf, do not go to this store. The associates do not want to help, they are clearly unhappy there, and it shows. If you know what you need you may have luck. But multiple items I needed were not on shelf but in stock. Pulling teeth to get help and when I finally did it was poor.

I will return, to Home Depot there's plenty of supplies to choose from to complete any job. A one stop shopping store.

Thanks for having such a clean and well maintained store. Even though there was some inventory work being done with the fork lift, you had excellent safety around the project. The guy working in the paint area was able to direct me to an obscure product a couple of rows away right off the top of his head. Love that inventory knowledge.

I love this place. Clean & orderly (for a place with bags that leak on occasion!), people actually stop and help you! Prices are good, selection is good. I can get stuff done with what I get here.

This is aways a friendly and clean store

The wife and I have been looking for countertops for 4 months, searching online and visiting 7 different locations. Baylee Becker our design consultant was far and away better, kinder and willing to listen to OUR needs better than anyone else. She even gave us great advise on product (we wanted to put hot pans on the surface) One hundred percent an absolutely pleasant and productive experience. If you are in need of counter tops she is worth your time and energy to make an appointment. We did not, we were a walk in and she took care of us better than the others places that we HAD appointments. I can not stress how good we were treated and our needs were met, she is worth your time. Many many places talk a lot of smack about customer service but do not deliver. Baylee is a shining example of true customer service.

The cashier name was DEVIN. Exceptionally friendly. He also offered me a discount if I applied for a Home Depot Credit Card. Also reminded me to enter this sweepstake. All with a great attitude!
