i go here a few times every week and no matter who i talk to they can always point me in the right direction.

I love shopping here. I can get in and out of the store in record-breaking time. If I can't find the product within a minute, an associate is always nearby to help me find it. If the associate is unfamiliar with the area, the appropriate associate is quickly contacted. Right on!

Usually shop at the Manchester Store. Was quite disappointed to know that Hooksett has less options and less staff to assist on very busy weekends. Took almost 40 minutes to check out. YIKES!!

Faucet purchased online ended up being the incorrect size for our vanity. We returned the product no questions asked and quickly found what we needed to replace it!

The associate is law and garden/power tools was friendly and offered online option for the item that was not available

Was looking for a particular product and they didn't have it (particular Command product) however staff was helpful and was able to point us in the right direction. Staff was helpful, kind, and so willing to take time to be helpful!

The Store was clean and the associate that helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products and promotions we were looking to purchase.

Found products I wanted in store while picking up products I bought at homedepot.com - all my online purchases were waiting for me. Checkout associates were very helpful - with good senses of humor. New LED lighting I saw/bought in store was innovative and priced right. Good experience.

I have never entered this store without being greeted by a smiling face and having someone ask me if they can help me or direct me to what I'm looking for. I always end up buying something I did NOT come in to buy because of good prices, variety, and lots of displays of unique things. Your employees or always knowledgeable and helpful. Wish I had their expertise to take home!

I just needed a few painting suppies. Everything was in one area. clearly displayed and priced. Store to store similar layout is a big help. Clear pricing is easy to take for granted until you find yourself in a store that doesn't go the extra effort to mark everything with price.

Store was very clean, went in looking for the items I needed. Was approached by sales staff asking if I needed any help . Everything I needed was neatly displayed and in abundance. In and out in just a few minutes. Thank you Home Depot

I'm in the middle of a large home renovation and I've been to the local Home Depot store, or its website, at least once a week for the last few months. I've grown accustomed to the employees at my local store, and they've grown accustomed to seeing me. Everyone has always been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and polite when I'm there; I honestly have no complaints. One standout employee, Jennifer O'Brien of the #3403 Hooksett store, had recently been more than helpful. She was vital in helping me organize and receive a 20+-piece online order, some of which required extra assistance and a forklift. She was very friendly tonight when she helped me put in a last-minute order (9:48pm on a Wednesday) that is very important to an upcoming weekend project. The Hooksett, NH store is farther away than the Manchester, NH store in my hometown, but I'll continue driving to the Hooksett, NH store for the exemplary service.

Looking forward to heating my home with Fireside wood pellets again this year. Low ash and sawdust make this product my choice for my primary heating system. Home Depot Associates helped me load. If I only had help like that at home.

This store is great. I hear people cant find anything at HD but I dont get it. you are in and out in a flash!

The Sales Associate and Assistant Manager took great care of me when I purchased my front-load washer & dryer. The manager went above and beyond to correct an error in my purchase price and helped me get the right delivery options.

At the Hooksett Home Depot store they have a young, courteous associate who was extremely helpful in saving me money and installation time. I highly recommend looking for Mark if you need help in the lawn and garden area. This was one of the nicest young retail associates that went out of his way to assist me in solving a weed wacker problem. Home Depot should be proud of this young man!

I really love shopping at Home Depot! The store is always nice and tidy; the associates are always friendly and helpful.

Pete in the lot was very helpful in assisting me to load 20 bags of mulch in my pick-up truck. He was eager, fast, friendly and supportive. He then refused to accept a financial gesture of appreciation settling instead for a handshake and a thank you. My experience was very positive thanks in large part to Pete.

If I need it I always seem to find it at this store the staff Keeps the store stocked seems better than other H D stores

It was very simple to find what I was looking for both in the tool and garden areas. My wife is very happy with the excellent outdoor plant selections.

I always have good experiences in this store. There is always someone to help out, answer questions, and give advice.

Made a last minute decision to stop at this store while on a business trip to replace my tired, old worn out air compressor. Did I mention the fact that unlike ME, NH does not have a sales tax? Found one I liked right off the bat, and it was on sale. Asked an associate to help me get it on a cart. She was a young petit employee, but immediately found me a big strong associate who got a card, loaded it and pointed me in the direction of a cashier and said that someone would be outside to help me load it. Check out was uncomplicated and as promised, help was waiting. From the time I walked into the store until I drove away was maybe 10 minutes.

Went in to return a shelf plank that I bought that did not fit in my closet. The cashier said they could only offer me store credit with no receipt (even though it was only $6) but then I asked and he said sometimes the computer lets them do cash sometimes it doesn't. Which I thought was weird but this time it let them give me cash back which was more convenient for me.
