HOOKSETT STORE IS A LITTLE OUT OF MY WAY, BUT THAT DON'T MATTER WHEN THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO ASSIT YOU. ITS JUST NOT AS CROWED AS THE MANCHESTER ONE IS. I ALSO SEEM TO HAVE NO PROBLEM FINDING WHAT I NEED..

I found the store to be clean and all the employees I encountered to be pleasant and knowledgeable and able to answer every question I had. They even went above and beyond to point me in the right direction for the several different things I was looking for. This was really appreciated because this was my first trip to this store and the store is so big, but clearly marked they were able to direct me to the correct aisle and bin number to find what I needed.

Went into the store for an appliance light bulb, however we visited the Kitchen area and appliances. We have sold our house and thinking of bidding on a new place and it will need some updating and even though we are not quite ready the two ladies in these departments we helpful and answered all our questions and gave us great advice.

This store is always clean easy to find things and if you need any help there is always some one there to help you. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Kellie the cashier that helped me on Nov. 24th was very nice and helped me get a Home Depot credit card. Way to go Kellie thank you.

Good store, good people

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. We were greeted and directed where we needed to find our products. It is good to know that there are always associates there to help if needed (unlike another, similar store that is blue).

If purchasing appliances at the Home Depot in Hooksett, NH ask for Mark. He is friendly, very knowledgeable about the products, and is always willing to spend the time and help you find the product to meet your needs. He is an honest reliable young man.

The store is always ready to handle customers. If they are not, they are there in minutes. A smaller store but play like the bigger stores. Rate the store a 9 out of ten.

Home Depot hit a home run two days ago, when I went to the store requesting help finding a type of handrail that I had purchased two plus years ago at your store. I was not sure if I had ordered on line or in store but was confident it was a special order. Jennifer K (customer service) went to work, on line and making a phone call. Within five minutes he had located the product number and printed me a full product sheet on the item. I have never been more pleased than I was that morning. This is how you build relationships and keep customers coming back. WELL DONE!

The guy who helped me at the paint center was very helpful and friendly. Love the layout of the store. My cashier Danielle is awesome always has a smile on her face and very helpful when needed.

Everyone in this store is extremely friendly and eager to help. One of the cashiers, Annette, is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Home Depot has become my second home after my son purchased his new home. This Hooksett store will guide you with all your DIY projects. I am a single women and I no longer fear starting projects cause they do all the heavy lifting etc etc.

I have been a loyal Hooksett Home Depot Shopper, the service is always exceptional and the employees are courteous, professional and quick to help. I have been a regular shopper there for years and have never an experience that I was not happy with.
