Excellent customer service with a hands-on manager who is personable and accessible all the time. He hires great employees as we have always been impressed with their expertise and willingness to "go the extra mile" to answer our questions. They have several special needs people working there and they are always busy with assignments, which they do with vigor.

By far the best Home Depot in the Birmingham, al Area...and it is because of people like Daisy, De ja, and Twametra...that your Store will continue to be The best...I recommend this store in Hoover, Al...by the Galleria over any other Home improvement store in Birmingham...

Please work on getting more people to help on the floor, I waited 20-25 mins for assistance in the flooring deparment.

I always enjoy my visit to the Hoover store. It's very convenient for home projects and construction.

I sincerely appreciate that each employee I have met at this particular Home Depot is always a delight to work with. They stop what they were doing when I ask for help and take me directly to what I need, do a search of other stores to help me find what I have inquired about if not in stock and once ordered a part that was not available at the time in local stores and had it shipped directly to my house. Thank you!

This is the first place I go to when I need an item that comes from such a store. Almost all of my bedding plants for the seasons come from this store also. I always have a pleasant experience when shopping here.

Daisy went above and beyond and was a total pleasure to work with!

I would like to thank Daisy, the cashier that checked me out. She helped me with a self check out register, It stopped working. She moved my merchandise to another register and helped me with the store credit I was using to pay for my merchandise. The people here are so helpful and friendly. Kelly in Paint, Arthur in Customer Service, Gwen & Caleb in flooring are just some of the many employees who helped me out on recent visits. They are the reason I choose this location every time.

The store always has what I need or if not they are very helpful in what other things might work.

Nobody to wait on me in appliances. No one To be founded in appliances. I went back Twice in 2 days. Bad. Bad. Bad.

Nearly every visit we make to this Home Depot is a good one. Consistently good customer service and the associates are trained well. Items are in stock and easy to find. Check out experience is one of the best!

The Hoover store is always a great shopping experience. The store is clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Always a great variety from which to choose.

I went to this store in Hoover, AL needing to purchase 3 tower fans. From the time I exited my car until I left with my 3 tower fans for my bedrooms, I was greeted warmly by employees. I received directions to the fans twice (they had been relocated to the front of the store), help with making a decision and then again with self-check. With every few steps that I took there was friendly personnel available to assist me. I am loving my new fans.

Had to purchase a new deadbolt. All the keys are the same for all my locks Fortunately RON A came to the rescue. He has a personal key kit that he was able to use to change the pins in the lock so the new lock would match the locks in my home and use the same key. He was so nice and helpful. I had asked 2 other people in the store for help and they both told me to go to Ron A. I very much appreciate his help, most of all that the items he used to fix my lock were his personal tool kit. Thanks They go out of their way to help the customers!
