Trouble getting the product from the store, had to search for my order which was already pulled, and nobody had time to help me load it.

The associates were helpful and knowledgable and wanted to help me get what I needed, even if it was in the overhead bin or in the receiving dept. Small stores need best management, and associates because, they have to go to receiving or overhead bins frequently. The Huntsville Home Depot is skilled in maximizing what they have. The Huntsville Home Depot has a great team.

I have been doing "advanced" handyman work for years and prefer to use HD for convenience and pricing. With this store, however, treated lumber and specialty building materials seems to be an issue. Specifically with treated lumber - poor quality or out of stock. Making the hike down to Conroe - while a more congested store, seems to have better management of stock quantities. Because this is a smaller store, there isn't always a wide variety of decorating items (ceiling fans, lighting, etc.). If you can wait for it to come in, it's better to order online and use the free shipping to the store. They do a good job of letting you know when your purchases arrive.

Busy store. Twice in the past two weeks, what I needed was out of stock, but they were able to have it there the next day. Once was floor tile, the other lumber. I do not recommend the Viagro garden products. I purchased pond rocks and weed control fabric and in both cases the amount of product was significantly less than what it claimed on the packaging causing me to be short and resulting in an unfinished weekend product.

The store is successful and attracts great and helpfull associates because the management is first class

Credit to Management of this store to have the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff of any Home Depot that I shop. They must be doing something right because it does not happen by accident.

The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about their departments. Never had one of them give bad advice! Everyone always friendly also. We are in the store almost every weekend.

wheelbarrow shown to be in stock was unassembled. I was willing to take it unassemble (you only do assembly on Thursday....reakky??? after getting quickcrete loaded (and several bags broken in the bed of my truck, I had to go to lawn and garden to get the unassemble wheelbarrow. after 45 minutes I gave up on ever seeing a wheelbarrow and got a refund.

Great employees who know their store and stocked..

I was in the middle of moving and discovered that I needed a couple of things in a hurry so I ran over to Hone Depot. One super employee Matt assisted me and I was on my way with purchases in hand in less than fifteen minutes!

Every thing was easy to find, as always. Associates are easy to find and answer all my questions. Never pressure me to buy stuff I don't need, but make suggestions if there is a more appropriate tool or product to use.

They loaded a pallet of block on the rear axle of my trailer forcing the tongue weight up making it very difficult to remove the trailer from the ball and said that's the best I can do.. Really get a bigger fork lift and some timers to push that pallet forward...

Stock is not brought down in a timely manner. Shelves will be empty for weeks, while the stock is crated on the top shelf. There is never any employees available to help load your purchase.
