The store is well organized. I like how there are signs to show where items are. I absolutely love how if you are looking for something in particular, you can check out their website and get a store map and location of the item in the store!!! The item I was looking for was on display actually and I was able to find it quickly. The store was clean. I love self check out! It is nice to be able to scan and pay and go at your own pace.

I like shopping this Home Depot store for several reasons: large inventory and a lage variety of items I often need to make repairs or build a new item, reasonable prices, and lots of professional advice and/or ideas when I ask for them.

I had the best experience today....Home Depot made my day. I was looking for a particular item and accessories. I was hoping I could find items in one stop, as the next day it was for my husbands birthday! Associate came to me quickly, found a dept associate. Had to take the display model, so it required a little more work. Not a complaint or negative vib. The first young man stayed to help the dept. associate. Team work with no competitiveness (awesome) , had to locate other accessories as well. They were quick to locate some items on upper shelves.. boxed up items. Smiled and looked to find everything to make my day perfect, as well as one helped me to check out, and also to help me load. Wow, I haven't had that kind of service for a long time. I will definitely keep shopping there. Store was clean, orderly. Checker was also pleasant and quick. Team knew their job! Including the very young man. 100% day

One team member in particular, Patrick, is the reason I go to Home Depot in Idaho Falls for all of my indoor and outdoor plumbing needs. He has saved me an abundance of both time and money. If they would fix there parking lot to accommodate pickup trucks, that would be a good start. It's fine if your in your car, but come on it's a home improvement store 9 times out of 10 your going to be in your truck.

Great workers

We do not have a Home Depot store in Jackson WY where I live and work. I have used the Idaho Falls store for several years now and find it to be an excellent resource. I can recommend this store with no reservations whatever.

I have shopped at this Home Depot since July 2014. The workers go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for, they know where things are in the store to help lessen your hunt time, they are friendly and kind. I would recommend this store for any of your home projects, cleaning supplies, tools, etc.

Great selection and excellent customer service.

Everyone from the guy who helped us get down the gate to a cashier named Travis at the front and a manager Denise were very helpful and friendly. They kept their sense of humor even though what we needed it took some time to help us with. We have spent a few thousand dollars so far this year in the store and will be back as we fix up our rental house.

Associates and management are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and have given extra assistance to me and others who are disabled. Prices are fair and they stand behind the products they sell.

Great experience with this store the employee that help me went above and beyond my expectations to help me find what I was looking for. I even ran across the store manager and told him how I was empressed with Patrick his employee in garden.

Great place to buy materials: good and friendly help when I need help, lots of materials to choose from, and easy access to load materials in my truck.

It would be nice to have more than one qualified person available to key or re-key locks and take care of blinds etc. We waited for 45 minutes to get service in those two areas. Once the person arrived they were competent, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

This store has fantastic employees. Erichia helped me find a very hard to find can of expanding foam sealer. My Cashier, Travis, explained some tips on using the sealer as he quickly processed my payment at the checkout counter.

I had an awesome experience talking to the guys in the electrical department after coming from a different specialty store where I had a negative experience. So thankful for well trained employees who actually want to help the customers! Way to go, Home Depot!
