This is my go-to store for the small remodels I have done throughout my house. I have always been helped if needed, and there is always multiple cashiers open so the wait is minimum! Store size is great too even to just see what is new in stock.

I was happy with my visit. I went for expandable window scenes. They are on order. Ended up getting wild bird seed for a great deal.

What i like most is the diversity of merchandise, Prices and qualities of goods. The serving staff is experienced and knowledgeable in thye priduct they sell. When i reach the cashier she wondered if i found the product i wanted, and i salid no because the light bulb i was looking for was European type

I'm so thankful for the help I received from store associates. They were knowledgeable and kept me from making a horrible mistake in a minor home repair. All the parts I needed were there to complete the job. There was one part I needed that is no longer manufactured, and the store associate had a great idea and we improvised. Be sure to ask for help if you need it, because the employees at this store really seem to know the products well.

The associates are always friendly and know the products. They are always very helpful.

Thanks to the help of an awesome associate named Jon, my friend and I were able to build a water polo goal out of PVC pipe. Its even better then what we'd hope for and can't thank the help from John enough.

All the associates seemed like the wanted to avoid all customer contact. Usually Home Depot associates are helpful in other cities but this store had to be the worst customer service I have ever recieved. From when I walked into the store to when I checked out with the distant cashiers. Not even a hello from anyone even after I had said hello first.

Asked associate for assistance in plumbing department. He said he couldn't help if my assistance required him to answer any type of technical question. He the continued to walk away and did not return. My technical question that I was never able to ask was " can you get a ladder and remove the item I needed from the shelves above". Since he never bothered to return, I took one of your employee only I needed.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE EMPLOYEES, ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. ALMOST ALL I NEED HOME DEPOT CARRIES. WITH THE MILITARY DISCOUNT THAT I AM RECEIVING, HELPS me A LOT FINANCIALLY.

Was greeted by a friendly associate that direct me to the proper department. The associate that helped me at the Customer Service Desk was friendly, polite and very helpful. I can say I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

I had no idea what type of paint to pick for my rooms and bathrooms but the guy at the paint desk made it super easy. I just told him what I was painting and what colors I wanted and in 7 minutes I had all my paint a d tools I needed! I love Home Depot and plan on going again and again for all my needs.

The staff at Home Depot's Prodesk is by far the most polished and professional group I have encountered at any Home depot or store or establishment.. Mario, Kat, Victor, Minerva, Scott and Yevonne, are extremely helpful and are proactive to my needs when I arrive, over the years, we have established a great rapport and the staff is acutely aware of what I need to qaccomplish. They will go well beyond the normal expectations one would have during a visit. This staff, the Pro-desk staff, is a large part if not the main reason I choose this store for my purchases as Buyer for the Hotel Del Coronado, other stores are closer or in the same vicinity during trips or part runs, but I have no problem whatsoever spending an extra half hour in traffic to use THIS store as I know the experience and efficiency of the staff will more than make up for the extra time. I used the website before I went, but I still asked an associate where to get the latex free gloves I wanted. He was very helpful and also helped someone else on that same aisle after me.

While looking at an item in the clearance section was approached by an associate. There was no SKU or pricing on the item. The associate from building supplies went to get a price for the item. When he returned he discounted the item since it was in the clearance section. I was pleasantly surprised at the discount it was much lower than I had anticipated. The associate was very pleasant and very helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

I was shopping for paint and when I saw how many options I had, well I knew I needed help! The associate was knowledgeable, courteous and had wonderful suggestions for me.

Most of the time I run in and out with no one paying much attention. But the last two times I went to this home depot in IB, I found William, and he is the meaning of service with a smile. He makes me feel like going back to that store and not other ones.

Every time we go to this Home Depot, there is someone available to help. The sales associates are knowledgable, get you the very best deals, and give good advice. I'm honestly not exaggerating. They also have awesome Imperial Beach polos and I want one.

Sales associate offered to assist, listened to what I was looking for and pointed me in the right directions. I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

I love Home Depot ,the smell of sawdust is my favorite,they should bottle that scent and sell it. It is always very clean in this store. I get paint from there a lot and the gentleman who works there is super nice and very helpful.
