The staff at Home Depot's Prodesk is by far the most polished and professional group I have encountered at any Home depot or store or establishment.. Mario, Kat, Victor, Minerva, Scott and Yevonne, are extremely helpful and are proactive to my needs when I arrive, over the years, we have established a great rapport and the staff is acutely aware of what I need to qaccomplish. They will go well beyond the normal expectations one would have during a visit. This staff, the Pro-desk staff, is a large part if not the main reason I choose this store for my purchases as Buyer for the Hotel Del Coronado, other stores are closer or in the same vicinity during trips or part runs, but I have no problem whatsoever spending an extra half hour in traffic to use THIS store as I know the experience and efficiency of the staff will more than make up for the extra time. I used the website before I went, but I still asked an associate where to get the latex free gloves I wanted. He was very helpful and also helped someone else on that same aisle after me.

While looking at an item in the clearance section was approached by an associate. There was no SKU or pricing on the item. The associate from building supplies went to get a price for the item. When he returned he discounted the item since it was in the clearance section. I was pleasantly surprised at the discount it was much lower than I had anticipated. The associate was very pleasant and very helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

I was shopping for paint and when I saw how many options I had, well I knew I needed help! The associate was knowledgeable, courteous and had wonderful suggestions for me.

Most of the time I run in and out with no one paying much attention. But the last two times I went to this home depot in IB, I found William, and he is the meaning of service with a smile. He makes me feel like going back to that store and not other ones.

Every time we go to this Home Depot, there is someone available to help. The sales associates are knowledgable, get you the very best deals, and give good advice. I'm honestly not exaggerating. They also have awesome Imperial Beach polos and I want one.

Sales associate offered to assist, listened to what I was looking for and pointed me in the right directions. I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

I love Home Depot ,the smell of sawdust is my favorite,they should bottle that scent and sell it. It is always very clean in this store. I get paint from there a lot and the gentleman who works there is super nice and very helpful.

I needed quite a few 2x4x12' cut in half 2 different times in one day. The associate that helped me both times was friendly and very willing to help. I have been to other Home Depot's were the associates were "annoyed" when asked to cut products. By providing this service it made my project much easier to complete.

Please reconsider appliance insurance carrier. In the last three years, twice I did purchase HD appliance insurance and twice I did have set major backs at my rentals with the insurance carrier that HD offers. Immediately and with some type of extra premium, I did buy SEARS insurance for HD appliances. Right away, SEARS fixed the problems that the HD insurance carrier neglected to fix and hwere we are talking a wait of least 8 days for my tenants! My recommendation to HD top management is to form an alliance with SEARS appliance insurance and offer SEARS insurance at the store to make customers. You can still make a profit from selling appliance insurance and yet have customer satisfaction a priority. We landlords depend on tenat happiness and satisfaction to buy your products get it!!!!! Another issue. STOP moving products from shelve to shelve, isle to isle like COSTCO does. Time lost at your store, looking for last relocation of a product/supply I want, it is gold for the customer. We may be trying to fix a water leak, a gas leak and looking around for tghe neede4d supply is noty fun; your store is in some instances an emergency supply store and HD should be ready to accept the burden of being a 10% an emergency suplpy store. .

I had a great experience at Home Depot in Imperial Beach, CA today. I was able to work with an associate named Grecia, who once again was an amazing individual to work with and helped me out greatly. I worked with her previously about a week ago, and we had an order set to be picked up at a store in another state. For whatever reason, some of the items were shipped to my place in CA. I was so happy to see Grecia working today and she helped me fixed the situation. She took a couple hours out of her busy day to ensure that I got refunded and then placed the same order again while ensuring delivery was correct. She displayed a very professional demeanor and was very knowledgeable on how to fix the situation and ensure that I got what I needed. Thanks again for such a great experience!

I usually shop the garden and houseplant area- beautiful healthy plants and nice selection. Associates are always helpful and easy to find !

All I did was bought the orange all purpose bucket! I use it for anything and everything. All the associates I came into contact with were extremely helpful.

Every time i need something for work or for my home i always go to this store.

I wanted premixed stucco. I did not want a fifty pound bag and have to mix it my self but I would like more than the quart size container of it for $8.78 It cost me $35.12 to fill a 12"x12" hole.

I was helped out by a store associate named Grecia, who couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Her professionalism was impeccable and she was able to make my transaction easy. I greatly appreciate her help and I could tell she was very knowledgeable about her job.

The Spade Drill bits I needed were in stock. The sales associate at the self-chekcout was very helpful. I couldn't find the price of the drill bits on the shelf, so she helped me. She also helped me with the self-checkout as well. The store was clean, and the shelves were organized.

William was a great help. I walked in the store not knowing where to go he approched me I guess because I looked loss. However, I explained to him what I was looking for and never left my side until the I was satisfied.

Store was very clean. when I am thinking about having a project done I always go to home depot and talk to the associates about material and complexity of project, they always helpful and give me great advise that I need to know before undertaking a project.
