I bought Milwaukee tools great deal and the customer service help me out with the purchase

I tried to buy a step ladder and it came up 1 cent in the self checkout. I called the attendant over and told him that the price was wrong. He started repeating "I cant sell this to you" over and over. I asked him if he could call someone and get the correct price. He still kept repeating "I cant sell this to you!!" I end3d up having to buy a model that I didnt want and that cost more!!

Aaron quite store versus the penfield, New York store our night and day you wouldn’t even believe they’re both the same vendor

This location has no knowledge of flooring I got the run around just to look at a product, thank goodness! Had to do it on line

I ordered a leaf vacuum Order # H1273-504957 which was paired with a lawn and leaf bag. The leaf vac unit was delivered without the Lawn and leaf bag even though the ad shows both products together. They tell me at the store that no other equipment comes with it. I chose to not make a scene at the store, but I am extremely disappointed with this transaction and am definitely not willing to attempt any more purchases of this type.

As a frequent Home Depot customer its always a little hit or miss on the service. This time the store in Irondequoit delivered! Right off the bat I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. As I was browsing another employee came up and helped me to the counter. Very good experience!

Great Customer Service

Some of the employees are bias and rude will not help or be nice to certain people one of your employees laughs and jokes about customers very immature nearly got ran over in your parking lot by a customer

Great customer service at this location especially at the Pro desk! Nicole, Gio, Angelo are all Top Notch! It’s a pleasure to do business here with this crew, I go out of way to shop here daily because of this amazing Pro desk crew, they are second to none for excellent customer service!!!

The cashier was visibly annoyed with another customer while ringing me up, shooting dirty looks over my shoulder and completely ignoring me. She tossed my receipt on the counter and said, “There’s your receipt,” without making any eye contact, still clearly frustrated with other customers. On top of that, I couldn’t find a single employee to help me locate an item before checking out.

Young lady with braces had great knowledge of olympic stains and was of great help to me. Wonderful attitude.

I had an amazing experience at this store with employee help. However, the manager wouldn’t help me at checkout. And won’t let me use a gift card from my previous purchase. I even have all supporting receipts! My father exchanged a door for me and somehow it transferred into his name! He does not live here, and the woman would not FaceTime with him to scan his ID. She acted as if I was stealing.

I bought it on Wednesday and I am satisfied with the product.

Let’s start with the parking. People are allowed to park wherever they want in the contractors pick up section. They park there and do all their shopping instead of just loading their materials there. The store is very messy and usually out of items that the common trades would need. The employees are very unhelpful. The lumber section is an absolute mess. You have garbage all over the place, miscellaneous items in the aisles that are blocking your way with a cart. Management is very aloof. My poor cashier had her computer crash, and it took management 20 minutes to reboot the computer. There was a large line of customers waiting. Management could’ve cared less. Every time the cashier asked someone a management they blew her off. I am very disappointed in the store.

If you want to witness a theft. Go to the irondequoit store. Otherwise drive elsewhere.

Staff is not friendly nor helpful. From finding what I needed to paying to loading it in my vehicle, the staff at this location were not friendly nor helpful. They were rude. Will not go back to this location.

Everything is just perfect in this store!

I was a happy customer, now I’m a raving fan. My last delivery was a huge order and extremely difficult to get into my yard. The delivery pros handled it like seasoned veterans. Even the store employees whom I spoke with over the phone were helpful and concerned about my purchase. In today’s world of express professional delivery, the Home Depot’s in Rochester are top notch.

This is a great store with good inventory, great customer service and its clean.

I asked a Hispanic woman worker where I could find the rock salt. She rudely said, “well since this is a hardware store, where do you think it’s going to be? “ If I knew where it was located, I wouldn’t have asked her. I don’t work there, she does. She finally pointed towards the western side of the store and said, it’s down there. I’m Hispanic too and I wasn’t rude or condescending towards her at all. Several coworkers witnessed the incident and were visibly upset at her behavior.

The store was short staffed and inventory was either not stocked or empty. For a multi million dollar company you'd think they would have their act together.

I visited the Irondequoit Home Depot looking for a unique plumbing part for my kitchen and portable dishwasher. There was an associate named Dashawn that assisted me and he was extremely helpful. He took me to different locations to assist me in finding a solution and the parts I needed. He even pulled in additional staff to assist since he was newer to the job. Home Depot needs more staff like Dashawn who was polite, helpful, went out of his way to help me get what I needed.
