store very clean and fully stocked always get what i need

I have been going to this store since it opened. For one of few times I can remember I havent had issuses. Todaywas terrible! Associstes all too busy to help, no one asked if I could use help like always, not even a hello. Finally was approached by hvac seller and she had someone page overhead for me. After 15 minutes of waiting, no one ever showed up! Couldnt even find a manager to help me. Amd still spent my money here. Seeing huge slip of customer service this store has ALWAYS had. Now every employee doesnt talk or provide good customer service. Getting to point of changing the store i shop at! Also mmany shelves of things i needed were empty and or poorly stocked

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very precise in trying to find the best possible solution to my home needs. I would continue to go to this store for all my home needs and supplies.

Home Depot has some really good employees like Tammy, Bianca , and Asst manager Joe i have came encounter with they have been very courteous and respectful to me no only on the phone but in person as well. Overall Home Depot is a very business place once afternoon hit but you can and will get some support - can be time consuming at times but have to know what your going for, patience, and not be in a rush. thank you Home Depot

The associates at the Irondequoit location go above and beyond for their customers. Very friendly cashiers, very helpful associates, they know their products and know exactly where they are in the store. I feel like a welcomed customer at this location and I will go out of my way to always shop this store!!

Unfriendly staff, poor customer service .

Dave on Sunday evening 11/25/18 was “on top of his game”. Very helpful with plumbing questions... WOW. Give this guy a raise $$. Best service I’ve had at a home store.

Does anyone else find that inventory control in this store is atrocious? I go to get three items and they are usually out of one of them. And today they told me they have a rat problem and several snack bags had been punctured. We deserve better,

I always shop at home depot. built my garage from here, and gardening supplies. best service and so helpful. brought supplies for bathroom' had no problems exchanging for correct one. had broken ax after a single use, and ax was replaced immediately without any questions. good service and friendly. a very good store.

Stephanie in the Nursery Dept. went out of her way to assist my wife and me. We bought 6 heavy bags of top soil and she asked if we needed help getting them in our car. I said yes (we are senior citizens) and she rang for someone to help us. The person who was gong to help us was busy and Stephanie ran out to our car and put the bags of soil in our trunk. I wanted to tip her but she politely refused-said she was not allowed to accept a tip. Top notch person and employee. I told her she should be recognized for her service but she just smiled and thanked us for coming to Home Depot. Fantastic service by a fantastic employee.

Some employees here are crazy. I wanted to purchase a package of lawn edging for $14.95 in a factory sealed carton that had 40 pieces. The cashier in the outdoor lawn section wanted to charge me $14.95 for each of 40 pieces in the carton. The total bill would have been $646.70. No -I am not kidding. At first , I looked for hidden cameras wondering if this was being taped for a TV show. This was crazy, so I got another package and went to the cashiers inside the store and checked out there!

Sheila in the tile department was so helpful with our project. We worked with her for quite a while and she offered great suggestions and support with locating materials. Wendy at the front desk was also great! We had a complicated order and she worked hard to make it easier for us. She also helped bring stuff to our car!

Please fix this store. Invest in your staff, so your customers don't suffer and go elsewhere.

Best home improvement store. I purchase almost everything from Home Depot (my washer, dryer, fridge, fencing, lighting, doors, stairs, walk way, concrete to make a parking spot, flooring, paint and accessories, and so much more) HD is the best!

Great to find help throughout the store when you need it.

This is a busy exciting store, where you can find anything that you need. The atmosphere is friendly, and you can also run into family and friends while shopping. The Associates are AWESOME hard workers, who have the knowledge of what you may need or want and are READY to assist the customers . Keep up the GREAT work Iron. Home Depot!
