I have shopped here many times. I like that you can always find someone to help you if you need it. If you are in a hurry there are always plenty of registers that are open and I like the self serve registers. No waiting in line is always a plus in my book. Everyone is very helpful and seem upbeat.

Staff helped me find what i needed helped me load it in my car and was friendly and happy throughout my shopping experience.

The moment you enter the store you are greeted with a smile and a staff member asking you if you need any assistance. Every staff member that I have been in contact with has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Every department throughout the store have staff members that I have worked with and found them to be extremely professional with my needs and questions. The staff at the pro desk are the best to work with compared to any other! I highly recommend the Ithaca Home Depot!

I always shopping at Homedepot. When I need assistance the associates are very willing to assist, or make sure that there is someone can assist me. There are times when I have to search for someone to assist me, but only seems when I need assistance when I don't see someone nearby.

You are greeted when you walk in the door door with a smile and questioned for any assistance needed by a staff member and periodically throughout the store!

The people in the store were all pleasant and helpful, and the tools specialist who helped me knew where to find the tools I needed.

Cashier was nice on a gloomy day and I was helped when I could not find a product.

I was very appreciative of the store associate assisting me almost immediately in Building Materials. He offered to cut my selection to what I wanted , I did and it saved me a lot of messing with the single size piece. Another two different associates helped me in Hand Tools looking for specific Kreg products. I thought they went out of their way to help bringing a mobile ladder to look higher on the rack. Like I said before, I always go to Home Depot first for anything home related, I like the store layout and the associates; previously I have bought materials for my home addition, plumbing to garden supply's.

We came in today looking for a new washer, dryer, and stove. We were very impressed that even on Black Friday, there were plenty of associates that were in the aisles and available to help us. The associate that helped us in appliances was very pleasant and knowledgeable and didn't make us feel pressured or rushed. We will definitely be coming back for our future purchases.

My husband and I have always left happy from this store. We stopped in to buy some Behr paint, our go to product after several very expensive paints have failed us. The associate was immediately available at the counter. I am setting up an indoor winter herb garden and anothe associate helped me research and select my best lighting options. We highly recommended this store.
