I stopped by to "just look" as many people do! I ended up buying a door, two light fixtures, and many other items because of your associate Andy K. He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable, and most of all, he took the time to answer my questions. He truly seemed to love his job and encouraged me to get started! Good customer service it hard to come by these days, but you HD have a keeper. I'll be back!

Was tearing up a deck and planning on keeping the joists. I ordered all the material prior to beginning. Well half-way into the tear-off I realized I needed to redo my order. Zak was extremely helpful in expediting. By the time i was done I realized I needed to redo the order yet again. Zak was beyond patient and helpful in helping to nail down (no pun intended) material amounts, specific SKUs (I was calling from the job site) and answering questions. Thanks Zak.!

They had a temptingly beautiful display of flowers in the garden area and the prices were incredible! I was on a mission to complete my trash to treasure project and had to pass through this area to get to the paint and stain. I still think I will be back to check the garden area when I'm finished.

I like the store overall. It seems as though they could use a few more employees!

What a great experience at the Janesville Home Depot today. Went to buy and have cut a 4x8 3/4" MDF panel. Two great young men did all the lifting and cut while enjoy the work! As I was getting near my car to load, another associate walked up and loaded my car without being asked. Three great young men which are assets to Home Depot.

Let you know about specials and are able to compare products. Shopping here is always east whether it's for paint, appliances, or plants! Great people make a great store!

Victor in appliances is how every employee should treat their customers. He is friendly, Knowledgeable and listens to his customer! He is a perfect example of who i want helping me when i am making my purchases. He was Prompt and treated us with great respect, even taking us to the front register and helping to get us checked out. We were able to find everything we needed as well as getting our questions answered by the associates in deciding which items best suited our needs. The store was clean. Associates were friendly and it was a good experience.

I prefer shopping at Menards, but Home Depot had gardening items I needed on sale. To make a long story short, I was over charged and the cashier told me I was wrong about the pricing. I asked for a manager, who stated I was correct. They adjusted the price but did NOT compensate me for overcharging and wasting my time. The only reason I gave the store 3 stars is because of their lumber. If you need lumber, pray that John is working that day. John is one of the best people I have ever dealt with in my home improvement needs.

Zachary is an exemplary employee for the customer service desk. His attentiveness and understanding while listening to my issue, helpfulness while looking up different parts on the computer to see if they were in stock and preemptive solution when no other options were available helped make my visit productive and pleasant. I went to the Home Depot in Janesville, WI to pick out some new blinds for my Dining Room. I looked at the wide selection of blinds they had. I chose to order the Double Cell, Cordless Control Blinds. Eric was very helpful in suggesting colors and different styles of blinds. He was very patient, since I wasn't completely sure of what I wanted to order. I ordered and received the blinds. I LOVE THEM! Shopping at Home Depot was a nice experience because the sales person knew what he was selling. I will shop there again.

The store was fairly clean but the associates were anything but helpful or friendly. At least one was too busy playing on her cell phone to even bother to look up or say hello and she was prominently positioned at the self check out area.

Cutting up our card. DONE with the depot... service stinks and I don't have time to walk the entire warehouse looking for anyone willing to help.

Employees were really nice. I purchased a new washer and dryer and the guy helping me spent a few minutes finding a coupon that took a little off a bigger purchase. Was in and out quick, great experience.

Latoria and Tamara are outstanding employees who both went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get what I needed. It was late in the day on Black Friday and they had every reason to "phone it in" and be hopeful that I would leave them alone. However, they did the opposite and stayed late (Latoria) and cut their break short (Tamara) to make sure I was able to get the insulation blower that I desperately needed the next day. Thank you ladies.
