The associates Bryan and Terry were great we need more people like them.

I was very pleased at the ease of finding the merchandise I needed and the selection. The only reason I gave a 'fair' rating on the store cleanliness was because there were many cluttered aisles. They seemed to be stocking and it didn't make navigation down the aisles easy. Had to duck under ladders to get merchandise and walk around buggies, etc. to get down aisles.

When I was checking out using my new project card, it was declined. Lisa and Molly were very helpful in getting the problem resolved as quickly as possible and even personnally checked me out to ensure it worked.

Zach was extremely helpful ..he helped me figure out just what I needed even when I was unsure about what I needed ;)

People on floor have knowledge of what nd where nd how much you need of product. Place is friendly,fast checkouts nd reasonable priced. Clean store too. Recommended to all friends, family nd people in the roofing,siding etc. business.

I was shopping for a birthday present for my husband. I did need assistance from an associate, and he was very helpful answering my questions. The store was clean, bright, and it was easy to find what I needed. I will shop at this store again!

We loved the "surprise portable checkout stand" at the Jasper store! Terry was super helpful, provided excellent advice, and had us on our way in no time. We had a lott to do that day and saving us from the hike to the other end of the store made a difference. Keep the innovations coming! Ever think about a special checkout line just for HD frequent shoppers (like the airline loyalty program), project pit/lounge for knocking back an adult beverage while discussing project best practices and design, or program to actively connect skilled construction professionals, and unskilled day laborers with homeowners and busines owners with projects in mind? There are not enough skilled buidling professionals in our area to handle available projects.

We have been to the Home Depot several times within the 5 months getting items for inside and outside our home. Every time we have been there we have found what we needed and if we didn't there was an associate around the corner that could help.

I went into the store looking for curtains and a rug for my new apartment. The first thing I saw was the customer service desk and a sweet girl named Anna offered to help. She showed me so many different options and threw some creative design opinions in of her own. Absolutely pleased with my experience!

Great service, knowledgeable staff, clean store. Also saw kids learning to build a truck with wood. They were having a great time. Went to rental for inquiry of equipment and the associate was also customer oriented

HOME DEPOT IS MY FAVORITE OF ALL THE STORES OF THIS TYPE, REGARDLESS OF SIZE. THE STORES ARE ORDERED PERFECTLY FOR ME AND THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO HAVE WHAT I NEED. IN ADDITION, THE ASSOCIATES ARE VERY BUSY, YET, FIND THE TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS IN A COURTEOUS MANNER. WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE ASSOCIATES HAVE THE EXPERIENCE I NEED WHEN I NEED IT!

Customer service WONDERFUL! Andy Barger was impeccable and willing to help without any sign of complaint. This is the second thing I had to return due to a malfunction of the product or pieces of the product missing and this store was wonderful and willing to help!

I had purchased a new doorbell cover but was unable to loosen one of the screws to install the cover. I carried it to the desk and they asked if I wanted to return it. I said "no, I just need this screw loosened". A young man at the desk got his "screwdriver", loosened the screw and I was on my way to purchase other items. The employees were very helpful to locate items I could not find. The checkout was fast and pleasant. I was well pleased with my visit. The only downside was there was no 4 outlet cover for the outlet in my floor.

I have been using this store very much for the last 4 years. We have added 1000 Sq ft and a big deck and almost everything has came from there. We also remodeled the kitchen and got our granite and back splash from there. We have found that a store that cares for the employees makes a much better environment for the customers. We love this store even since they changed management.

Customer service was lacking in previous visits to the store but this time it was better and the sales associate was helpful and knowledgable. cashier friendly and helpful
