Pretty much the worst of the 5 stores we visited today

Good store and convenient. Just wish they’d finish road work in front of store area.

We love our Morrison Home Depot because of the customer service your people are so good at and you always have everything we need.

Store is always clean and friendly

Great prices and if something is not in stock they tend to fill shelves quickly. Always friendly service and convenient checkout. Helpful staff and great location. Construction around entrance is annoying though.

I have made multiple trips to this particular store--a 1.5 hour drive--because of their great service.

I have been going to Home Depot for many years and I have your credit card. I can always find what I want at your stores and you have excellent workers there along with excellent customer service. Keep up that GREAT SERVICE!

They did not advertise correct dimensions of the appliances in store. This caused me a lot of headache and inconvenience in addition to more money, and their return and replace policy didn't help with that at all.

I always have available parking, I find what I’m looking for 99.3% of the time I’m there. Pricing is competitive and I can always find someone to help, if I need it.

There were so many employees around but didn’t seem as if anyone wanted to stop what they were doing or talking/visiting with another employee to help me. Made me feel foolish and a bother.

After the ordeal of new countertops at our church, I can't express enough how absolutely AWEFUL the experience with Front Range has been. It took 5 months to get them installed; several scheduling delays and cancellations, counters not fabricated per approved shop drawings, etc. When a partial refund was requested, it was denied. As a plumbing contractor for over 30 years, I have never had such a bad experience. I'll be encouraging Home Depot to remove Front Range Stone from their contractor list. Front Range Stone absolutely SUCKS!

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that you have chained off the loading zone. Making it very difficult to get large items to our vehicle or even thru the chains leaving the store.

I was very impressed with Omar, the storm door installer. He was very good at communicating the time and date of installation, and arrived right in time. He did a great job with the installation, and was very helpful in explaining the features of my new door. Highly recommend!

Emily, the Kitchen and Bath design consultant at the Morrison Home Depot was so wonderful!!! She had great ideas and helped me with my remodel!! I appreciate her knowledge of product, showing me what my finished project would look like. I will continue to work with her and Home Depot!!!!!

I wanted to purchase a soft close toilet seat. There were MANY choices! I was able to purchase 2 toilet lids in different sizes. Great convenience!

The Staff at our Home Depot is Always Friendly & Helpful. We very much appreciate the interest in our projects.

False advertising. Coupon was not honored because we purchased a "clearance" item. There was nothing on that coupon that stated it would not be honored on a clearance item.

It doesn't matter when I go there or for what, I'm always treated as if this store is mine. Leslie, Mike, Elizabeth, Matteo, Jackson, it doesn't get any better than at this store. These people are superstars and bend over backwards to ensure my satisfaction, period!

Travis and (I believe) Ricky in the lumber dept came out to load a couple pallets of wood heat pellets onto my trailer. It is a very difficult trailer to load pallets on because it has sides, so can only be loaded from the rear. These guys were amazingly talented and smart in their approach to the loading. Best experience I've ever had in regards to loading the trailer. Last year I had one operator tell me there was no way to load the trailer without opening the pallets and hand stacking all the bags on the trailer. Still a very nice man, and a great customer service rep, but these guys are smart and very knowledgeable about their work!

I have been to many Home Depot stores and this is my first choice because of the ready help provided throughout the store

If you like fending for yourself, long checkout lines, this I'd you're store.

ABOUT A YEAR AGO WE PURCHASED AN EXTERIOR DOOR, WAS DAMAGED BUT WAS INSTALLED ANYWAY. THE INSTALLER DID NOT INFORM ME OF DAMAGE UNTILL HE HAD INSTALLED DOOR FRAME, WHICH WAS DIFFERENT FROM ORIGINAL DOOR, SO HAD TO INSTALL DAMAGED DOOR. INFORMED STOR OF THIS AND SUPPOSEDLY WERE GOINT OE GET NEW DOOR, AFET ATTEMPTING TO GET SOMEONE AT STORE TO TAKE CARE OF ISSUE I GAVE UP. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR QUALITY CONTROL, WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OR ADDING ON TO OUR HOME , AND TO BE SURE WE WILL NOT USE HOME DEPOT FOR ANYTHING, MATERIALS, APPLIANCES, NOTHING. SO HOME DEPOT LOST OUT ON A GOOD $30,000.00 WORTH OF BUSINESS, IF NOT MORE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I purchased a microwave as my old one had burned out. I worked with a young woman in the appliance department along with Ray and they were so helpful with my purchase. I took the microwave all the way home to have someone install it for me. When the installer went to put it in he noticed a large dent in the microwave that would actually show. I called Ray to see if they had any more in stock and they did. So I drove all the way back to the store and we had to go through 2 boxes to find one that was not damaged. Ray took his time to open up the box and look to see if there was one that was not dented which there was fortunately. Ray took the time and tremendous effort in making it right and I was able to walk out of the store with a new microwave with no dents. I really appreciated the good old-fashioned service! Great job to both the young woman (who I neglected to find her name) as well as Ray for great service! I'll most likely purchase my next appliance at this store as well. Thank you both!

Even though it is considered a "small store" they seem to have things in stocks always. They don't seem to have less than the larger stores

In the last month I have gone to this store for a new refrigerator and microwave. In both cases the guys that helped me, Bruce and Ray were very helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I came back to this store after our positive experience with Bruce and was very impressed with Ray when I went in yesterday. Another outstanding employee and I very much appreciated both of them.

The employees at this store are most definitely the most friendly and helpful of all the depots I’ve shopped at
