Today I set out to purchase the 8 ft. Animated Boogeyman from our local Home Depot in Keller, TX. Sadly, he was sold out. However, a kindly and helpful associate named Jan came to my aid. She looked for any nearby stores with my Bogeyman – but again he was gone. I thought my Halloween tale was coming to a haunting end but Jan said she would see if she could sell me the floor model. She got the approval from management and we were on our way. Jan helped me load the floor model onto a cart and got me checked out. I was so excited that I forgot that I only brought our 2 door Jeep Wrangler. Not to fear, Jan was there to help with breaking down my Boogeyman into 2 pieces. As we were trying to figure out the ghostly dissection process, another associate magically appeared. This associate was Corey who was actually just getting off his shift, but he still jumped in to make my Halloween tale a happy one. Between Jan and Corey – the surgery to split my Boogeyman into two pieces and somehow get him into my tiny vehicle was completed. I’m proud to say that our Boogeyman is now home, ready to scare and delight all that may dare approach our front door. I want to give a huge thank you to Jan, a new associate to Keller, TX who transfer from CA and Corey, an off duty team member who jumped in to help. It meant more than I can say to have folks go well beyond their duties to help make my family’s Halloween more enjoyable.

I had no trouble finding exactly what I need thanks to the help of the two ladies that assisted me. The cashier called a sales person and she took me right to want I wanted. Then she took it to the register. Then a young man loaded it in to the truck bed with a lift. Everyone wash extremely nice, happy and helpful!

When I was there I love the great customer service and the way they speaks to people

Store manager is a control freak and completely ruined what would have been a good purchase. If at all possible don’t interact with her!

Usually a military discount is applied, but not this time. I called customer service and was told that there is discount but was not offered to have it applied to this purchase. Small thing, I know, but I have always appreciated the discount.

Pointed right to what I was looking for and helped load up in truck after purchase. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I have shopped this store for about 20 years and always found the staff attentive and helpful. It is extremely rare for them to be out of stock for an item I needed.

The self check out has not worked the past two times I have gone in the past week.employees in charge are to busy talking or on the phone to notice. When they finally notice they are confused and rude.

My delivery was cancelled and I was not notified. I was on the phone for 58 min Trying to resolve issue and locate the item. I was sent to three different employees unwilling to do the work to find an in stock item I needed.

Many of the isles were blocked to where I could not get down the isle with the small cart...very frustrating..blocked with either flat carts or the huge ladders!

I have shopped at this store many years and have always had excellent service. A couple of times they were out of something I needed., So I visited a different competitor.There was no one available to help me for quite some time, then no smiles, no knowledge, and I was looking to buy flooring. (Not a small purchase) I immediately left there, went back to Home Depot and placed an order and had to wait several weeks. By that time, I did not mind because I had the service I was looking for.

The main focus at this store seems to be the greeting, and as long as they do that, they think they've done a good job at customer service. I'd rather not be greeted and get a little help when I need it. The people at the return desk are good and fast, but the rest of the store needs a lot of work. Not much help available in lumber, plumbing, or electrical.

I bought 20 pieces of sod and there was no one to help me load. I am a 74 year old woman and had to load it myself. After finishing my hands and arms were dirty. I asked a young man if I could use the water faucet. He said no. He said their was a restr room inside. I told him I was tired and didn't feel like walking all the way to the rest room He didn't seem interested in helping me at all. It's instances like this that makes me want to shop elsewhere.

Manager Jordan has no time to speak with customer's that have an issue. And most of the associates will not even ask if you need help finding products.

A total mess in the last aisle, pallets in front of multiple lumber, two people just walked by and didn’t care.

Carol who greeted me when I came in was awesome. She helped direct me to where I needed to go and also was very nice. She is one of the main reasons why I shop at this Home Depot.
