Great Help, Great service

Keller, TX can be very proud of this store -- great customer service and shopping experience!! Always left store with needed product and felt great because of accomplishments. Store was clean. Always amazed how I can anyone in store where I might find what I'm looking for. Then instead of just giving an aisle number and/or point in direction to take to find need, I'm always taken by the person I asked directly to the product. Takes a lot of training and great memory to always know where small or big items are located.

I go to the store on 35 W. Don't know the store number but don't think it is the Keller store as it is in Fort Worth, TX. All the employees I have encountered at the store on 35W have always been most helpful and I appreciate that as I am 82. Thank You.

I can't express enough how much I love the employees at this store. You don't have to ask where something is, they take you there and make sure you have what you need. They are consistently courteous and smiling. Go see Joseph H. in lumber, he'll take care of ya.

The employees in this store are super kind & helpful. On Sunday my hubby was building & "under the gun" to finish his project, but he ran short of 2x4 boards. I jumped in the Suburban to go get some. On the way, I remembered they close at 8pm on Sundays, it was 7:40pm. I called a "popular store"9 times-it rang & rang. Finally somebody answered on call #9,when I hit zero. I explained to the gal that I was enroute & rushing to arrive by 7:58pm &kindly asked would they please have somebody in the Lumber department load 25 boards, so I could run in & pay & they'd be ready for loading, apologizing for it being so close to closing time, but told her how grateful I'd be if they could help me by having the boards ready. The gal said "no, I can get only somebody to help you find 25 boards AFTER you arrive IF you get here BEFORE 8pm". She was BEYOND RUDE even though I'd already explained that I realized they closed at 8 & apologized for making a request so close to closing time. So I quickly called Home Depot about 7:45pm, explaining my same dilemma. Terry in Lumber said "yes we can help you -I'll get on it now-just drive up to contractor entrance when you get here". I arrived at 7:56pm, ran in the store, then saw a guy with a bunch of boards on a cart coming toward me, so I asked the gal by the register if I could pay there. She explained that she had already logged out, but smiled and said sure I will check you out, as she logged back onto her register. I paid-the receipt said 7:59pm. As she was ringing me up, Terry & Mike loaded the boards in my Suburban. I drove away at 8:01pm. TRUTHFULLY - THESE 3 EMPLOYEES WENT ABOVE & BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO HELP ME OUT - IT'S FOLKS LIKE THEM THAT ARE TRULY HELPING TO MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS HOME DEPOT IS BEYOND OUTSTANDING!! And we have shopped at this store more times than I care to count - we have NEVER had a bad experience & every time (in every area of that store), there's ALWAYS somebody around to say "can I help you find something?". MY ADVICE: IF YOU NEED A HOME IMPROVEMENT ITEM - DRIVE TO THIS HOME DEPOT - THE EXTRA MILES ARE WORTH THE TRIP, TRUST ME!! (just FYI - there are 4 other "home improvement" stores closer to my house, but this one on Hwy 377(Main St) in Keller, Texas, is from now on, always going to be my first choice - now you know why!),. Thank you for such amazing, fast and awesome customer service. I really hope you reward or commend these 3 employees - their OUTSTANDING EFFORT & FRIENDLY SERVICE MAKES ME WISH THEY WERE WORKING AT MY COMPANY - LOL!!

Mr. Jack Owen II helped me when I was there to buy a cap because my wife wants to eliminate air gap. But he explained very patiently that if i eliminate it, i will have potential blockage problem on my dishwasher in the future. He explained why is a reason for air gap. Because of his explanation, i decided to buy new air gap on this trip. He has not only have full knowledge and experience, he is very professional and super friendly. HomeDepot needs more like him! i want to give him 10 stars if i can!

As a young women, it can be very intimidating going to home improvement store to gather materials for a home DIY project. Keller Home Depot made me feel comfortable. Keith in the lumber department went above and beyond to assist me. He was approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Keith provided excellent customer service and was able to answer all of my questions.

All the Employees at the 377 Keller store are so helpful. This time Olivia, Don and Rick made our experience great. Helpful and going out of their way to see that we had everything we needed. This is the cleanest store you have.

For a Sunday afternoon, the store was understaffed. I tried for 10 minutes on 5 aisles to get help, but no one was there. When I got to the register, I got an item that required me to show ID, but the staff was too busy to bother. I was never acknowledged. 2 ladies in HD aprons stood at the front of the store and talked to each other and looked at customers. They were there when I arrived and still standing there talking almost an hour later when I left in exasperation.

As a woman, in some hardware stores employees will treat me like I'm invisible... BUT at this store I always find someone to help and they are very, VERY respectful. Thank you Home Depot!

I recently visited this store to pick up a few products for a project I'm working on and came across Cody in paint. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and even made suggestions on items I would have NEVER thought of! I've never had such a great experience in a Home Depot before by someone who truly wanted to help and not just mosey from one customer to the next because it is their job. Cody in paint deserves a promotion!

Tommy, an employee of Home Depot was working outside near my car. When I apporoached my car, he saw that I had several large bags of top soil in my cart. He promptly offered to load the bags for me. It was 104 degrees. He loaded the bags with a smile and told me to have a great day. He went out of his way to help me. Excellent customer service!

AMAZING store! Always stocked and clean! But what separates them from all other stores is their associates! If you ever need extra help, just ask for David in flooring or Hershel and Vendall in the garden dept. They will help you no matter what you need! They always make you feel like the center of the world when you come in!

Joseph Hamer in Lumbar really helped us problem solve and get supplies for some repairs we needed to get done!

I know it's hot in the garden center, but Rodney makes it worth is when you check out there.
