Always find someone to assist you when you need. Very clean & organized. Easy to find what you need when you are there aisles all clear for when you have to load heavy and large items. Enjoy the seasonal and garden center very much.

Home Depot carries such a wide range of products they can't possibly keep every one in stock at the store but they are all available on the internet and are shipped to the store at no charge and are available in just a few days. They even help load it in your vehicle if you need help.

We came looking for firewood and the man that helped us was very nice. He didn't just tell us where we could find what we were looking for, he walked us to the wood and put it in our basket.

I have used a lot of Home Depot store and it seems that they all have one thing in common everyone likes to point to where you should go, no one likes to take you there. I am sure its not in fear of having to answer another question. Or perhaps they are just to busy they do not have time to walk a person to where they need to go. I have found (LOWES) do walk to where you need to go perhaps that is why I shop there more then Home Depot but you guys win out this time your closer for me to drive then Lowes so guess I'm stuck with the other guys store. Joe in the paint shop is truly amazing! this guy needs a pay raise you need more employees like this!

I love this Home Depot. Everytime I go in there I am able to find someone to help me. I am always satisfied with this store. People there are always so friendly, and make me want to come back.

I found store assistance in all departments I visited (garden, paint, tools, cashier) to be openly friendly and offered assistance if I needed. I did get help from 2 employees in the paint department and the small tools departments and all assistants were very friendly and provided prompt and helpful assistance. Michele H. was my cashier and she provided information on the Pro Xtra card and provided an application for me to completed.

I did not need 3/8 or 5/16!! I needed a metric size!! Partially my fault for not remembering metric sizes! Thank you Matt for helping me remember metrics.

For the most part all of the employees we have dealt with have been customer service oriented. My only complaint is that I will NOT use a self check out. To me that is taking jobs away from those who need them. I will stand in a long line with one item if necessary rather than use a self check out lane. Too much self service in the world already.

Associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have a particular product in stock, they will order it from another store for you and arrives quickly.
