The employees are always very helpful and friendly. The Pro desk is very knowledgable and helpful.

I am always happy with the help I receive at the pro desk.

The girl who helped me with the mini blinds was very knowledgeable about all of the products in her department. She helped me to pick out just what I needed and how to get the correct measurements. She was very pleasant through the whole process and took time to explain everything to me. Finally I have found some good customer service.

Sabra at the pro desk does a great job. I usually call in my orders. She processes them & makes sure the delivery happens. I used to shop at Lowes. I now shop at the Kenner store. I am very pleased with the job she does & will continue to shop there.

I was shocked when a store employee came up to me and asked me if I needed assistance. First time this has happened in while. I was looking for a 10 inch hinge when this one gentleman who worked there asked me if he could help. Told him what I needed and he showed me where it was located. I overlooked it a number of times. This trip that was all I needed and the checkout process was enough to get anyone mad. One cashier, give me a break. Self check-out, no, I'm not a cashier that works at this store. I am a customer and I will never be one to check out myself. It's not what I am paying for.

The store was clean and organized. The employees are always helpful.

Home depot helped me order doors for my home, when they came in they where wrong. They took over and called the company for me and compensated me. They where very apologetic.

It was storming with street/parking lot flooding. Several employees were outside the store assisting customers get to their cars safely.

Tried to order cabinets on saturday, associate could not help, asked us to come back on monday. Came back on monday and same associate only one to help. Had to get manager to find the correct associate. Then dealt with rude and belligerent employee. If you need cabinets don't waste your time here.

The store is always neat and clean. Sometimes they have merchandise in the middle of the front by checkouts so you have to steer to get around but it is neatly displayed.

JR was a great help getting me set up with the bid room for this order.

I was assisted above my expectations. The very heavy items I needed were loaded into my vehicle for me.

There are always helpful, knowledgeable staff to help with decisions and there is usually plenty of stock available.

I JUST LOVE DOING DIY PROJECTS AND HOME DEPOT HAS EVERYTHING IN NEED

It was a little later in the hot afternoon and the workers were restocking and cleaning up. I was able to find exactly what I needed and checkout was a little long but moved quickly.

At Home Depot we always find what we need for our do it yourself home improvement projects. The isles are marked clearly and a large selection of items we would need. Thank you Home Depot,

Cashier waived me to empty self check-out and quickly walked me through process. I enjoy shopping when I do not have to wait in a line to pay money.

The manager on duty took care of my question very quickly when the cashier called him. I had to exchange a Lifetime Smartkey Kuickset lock that the handle had broken on. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and nice. The service was quick. The store was clean, and I found what I was looking for.

the store was average. I have seen this store better. The employees don't seem very happy they deliver bland service. I have shopped here almost weekly for many years but the service seems at an all time low. Personally I miss the old store manager at least you was guaranteed one happy face. I do have one positive thing to say my cashier Oneka was great.

The Pro Desk is always eager to assist and always seem engaged and concerned at resolving any problems that I have needed assistance with resolving. They have often saved me money and time with there advise about how to use the various Pro perks offered by Home Depot.. They always show patience and work VERY HARD, Especially Sabra and Martha... I love going to this store, or as I call it "My toy store..."

My overall experience with my selection of carpet and the process towards the final purchase was made very easy by the helpful and willing salesperson!

I visited the paint department to obtain samples of three deck stains that I will use to determine the finish coat before I purchase 10 gallons to complete the job.

Very happy with the larger garden area at the Home Depot in Kenner compared to the one in Harahan. They had even more fresh herbs there then other locations and Lowes further down on Vets. Really love their great variety, and I've been able to build some wonderful garden beds.

Even though I was at the wrong end of the store, I got great help from one of the employees.

I went to the store to buy a power washer. Right outside the door were a bunch of washers on sale. I looked at them and noticed they had been returned and the sign stated they were refurbished. I did my other shopping and at check out asked the teller how I can get one of the power washers in that area. the young lady assisted me in getting the SKU, etc. I had to wait over fifteen minutes for someone to bring a key to the cable lock, not a big deal since it was Saturday. But as I loaded it on my truck, I asked the associate where the rest of the power washer pieces were, mainly the hose, want, tips and soap container. He simply looked at me and said I'd have to purchase these items separately. I asked him if these were refurbished and he said they were, but that doesn't include all of the parts and that they were priced accordingly. I only saved $50 from a new one still in the box. I pulled the oil cap and the oil was black, so they didn't even change the oil, just stripped the necessary parts after someone had returned it to the store after they used it at their house and didn't really want to buy it, only borrow it. So I went to the area where the new power washers were sold and started to price the missing pieces. It would have been way, way over $100 of the new unit to but the missing parts to make the discounted unit work. I removed the power washer from my truck and stood in line for well over 20 minutes to get my refund because there was a huge line and only one person on the return register. The associate that was helping me load and unload the washer assured me that this was store policy to sell the refurbished unit as is and that they are discounted accordingly. Well, I can say that I do not believe this should happen, nor were the units priced accordingly. If it is supposed to be refurbished, make sure all of the parts are there before you sell it. I have never been treated like this at this or any other HD store and do not hold the associates responsible. This may be an upper management policy or a communication loss, but it has left a bad taste in my mouth because in the end I am so frustrated that I left and still do not own a power washer.
