I bought many products from Home Depot and I’ve been very satisfied

Lacey in Customer Service helped me on 2 occasions, picking up online orders. She helped me load my vehicle personally, and when some items didn't fit, she was able to hold them for me until I could come back. She was a joy to interact with, and store #0349 Kenner is lucky to have her.

Found what I wanted but very expensive.

Just a heads up. Don’t expect your deliveries on time!!!!

The employees there are always so knowledgeable and helpful. I am especially impressed with the Manager, Mick. He always makes sure that his customers are happy and I feel like I can count on him to make things right. Sabrea at the pro desk is a GEM! I love this location!

No help finding items. Then you have to wait to check yourself out. Yes wait cause they only open 3 registers. Customer service is dead.

I arrived at self-service check out with a basket full of heavy items. HD employee Rene immediately offered to help and was first to notice a damaged heavy bag of garage floor cleaner. She got an extra basket, offered to discount the damaged item, and finished scanning all items for me. HD has helpful employees always but this employee was Exceptional! Thanks HD!

I recently visited the Jenner store. Myself and another customer were shopping for sinks when one of the associates walked to us and said good morning sur do you need any help? He responded no thank you, she then looked at me and continued to walk on. I was aggravated so I turned to her and said I don’t need help either but thank you for asking. It was 730am and this encounter angered me.

If you want your stuff thrown in your cart go to the women with the pink Santa hat. She is very rude.

I live on the Northshore but prefer traveling to the south shore to shop at the Kenner Home Depot! The employees are so helpful and the store is clean, and well stocked!

I go into this HD often for my rental property renovations and every visit staff is friendly, hands on, and very knowledgeable. I am not very familiar with certain repair items but their staff is always patient and willing to assist.

This store is constantly out of many items, checkout is slow machines are always not working. ELMWOOD store is much better.

The last few times I have been to Hole Depot, there were no cashiers. You should not have to check out your own items. I do not work there and do not get a discount so I am done shopping at Home Depot.

Kenner pro desk is the BEST

I visited a few days ago the gardening g department and it was very hot as temperatures in this area are above 100 in most days. Ms. Kendra, cashier and attendant was jovial and very helpful during this very hot day. She was jovial and happy to help me.
