I was in the market for a smoker, and one of staff members was very helpful and impressed me so I purchased one

I rent a Dolly, but the lady take the time to explain me the rewards system and how is the best way to use it

We bought a brand new dishwasher & refrigerator. Waited 10 days for delivery. Install was horrible. Scheduled 2 more appointments to have problems corrected. The installer are horrible. Refrigerators water line was cut on delivery. Which voids the warranty. No one at the store can help. $3,300 later & very unhappy

Went here to get a t12 set of tubes listed as 35 available. Could not be found. Instead found T12 tunes that were not listed online and the ones I wanted.

Unsafe parking lot. Men asking for money others soliciting for work. Unresponsive management. I will avoid the Kenner location.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. The store has great selection, great inventory on hand so you can get your project done!

The new checkouts are not the correct model for a big box hardware store. It okay for department stores. Hire cashiers and put registers back. That would prevent thefts and not punish the customers. Fire the person that thought this was the right checkout model. The are ignorant of customer needs and time. I spent more time waiting for someone to check me out as I was not allowed to check myself out like before. Ridiculous!

It would be nice to get more help when looking for parts

I just love Kenner with it’s Diverse community and when I’m out shopping or dining in restaurant with family or friends I don’t feel like the oddball. You feel comfortable and that’s the way you should feel whenever I go some place to spend money or just window shop. Home Depot has the right name, “HOME”.

We have been buying supplies for a shed we have been building and it seams we always are greeted by the same lady at the checkout counter. She remembers us and she seems genuinely happy to see us again.

I bought washer and dryer not in stock one month for delivery, brought pedestals to go with 2 months to deliver, delivery 6 hour after delivery timeframe and the installation was inadequate, requested a technician to complete install and another three days of my time wasted

The salesman and employees at the store are better than most. My issue is the drum fan that Home Depot nor the manufacturer even offers parts for. If something breaks on $160 fan you’re screwed. Will never buy one again.

The past few times I’ve shopped at the store, check out was smoother than it has been in the recent past. Being allowed to check yourself out is very efficient unfortunately I know people are stealing, but please go back to the cashiers or regular self check out. When an employee has to check you out at the self check out and there are only two open. The weight is incredibly long sometimes I put my material down and move on.

Second time I ordered and paid for an appliance that was never delivered

I am satisfied with the materials I purchased from HD #0349, Kenner. And especially, meeting a veteran who served this country. The Army veteran employee (Katherine) at HD in Kenner is from Alaska. I salute you! "THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE"!!!!

I ordered new roofing supplies from the Pro Department, and Sabre was absolutely phenomenal, as usual! She went above and beyond to pull the order, had it ready for my crew to pick up at 4PM. She even sent pictures showing where everything was located for pick-up. However, when my guys arrived at 4:15 PM, they were given excuse after excuse about not having a forklift operator available, despite attempts to pull two people from stocking shelves without success. They finally got loaded up by 5:30

I just wanted to say the cashier Jaylan was super helpful and very nice to us while checking out and trying to check a price on the wood.

I like to shop at this store. Lots of stock, great employee experiences.

We were given a delivery window 3p-7p. They arrived at 10:30AM. Then when rescheduled did not call 1/2 hour before as we were told they would, order was confirmed as delivered. Now being told they cannot cancel order because they cannot find the dryer Really frustrated

I needed to purchase wood boards and have them cut to size for a small project. Although the store was busy, I received excellent service.

I shop at Kenner Home Depot all the time. They do a very good job.
