I recently moved to this area. Due to extensive remodeling, I have been visiting the store almost daily. I cannot tell you the difference I have experienced using the store in Klamath Falls as compared to the one I used in California...night & day! The associates in this store, starting with the manager, Ben, are some of the best people I have met. They are sincere and helpful beyond measure. They all are always friendly and eager to help me. It's a wonderful store and better than that, you will be pleased to know that I don't even miss Lowe's. (smile)

Home Depot has a reputation in some cities as having lackadaisical or uninformed associates. Not the Klamath Falls Home Depot. It's a small store, but they are big on service. The associates here are so very helpful, and often go above and beyond to help. I have had at least two experiences lately when they enthusiastically answered my questions and helped me find things.

The associates are always cheerful and ready to assist. They are on the move alot so sometimes you need to chase one down but they are always helpful. I like this about home depot.

Was asked several times if I needed help and I loved that. Was able to get just what I needed.

It was a 20 minute wait at the paint desk. One person was working there until 2 more came to help. One of those 2 was training the other one. There didn't seem to be any cashiers opened. At least there were no lights on at the registers, but the lady at the self check out line was very helpful and very friendly. Sorry. I didn't get her name. If I had I would have mentioned her.

I found the item I was looking for but the aisle that it was supposed to be on was not shown in the store.

This is the best Home Depot. I am here at least 8- 10 times per week.

Friendly store. They are very helpful and go out of their way to provide you with good service. This store is a winner in our community. I always have had a good experience at this Home Depot. No matter if I purchased a product or return something. They are very efficient and willing to make my shopping experience a good one.

A well laid out store made it easy for me to find the tools I needed for my home project. To my surprise the tool I was seeking was $10. less than listed on the website.

All my questions were answered quickly and in a very friendly manner.

Had looked at lawn watering systems (tractor type sprinkler) & garden hoses online the day before .. but was still deciding on what way to go with the new space I need to start watering .. but gave a blind friend a lift to the store today .. so while I was there I bought a hose that my friend said was a very good price.

I am always amazed at the friendliness and helpfulness of the store employees of the Klamath Falls Home Depot. And it's not just to me----I witness their helpfulness to other shoppers as well. I am never afraid to ask for help, knowing I'll get good answers and advice.

I came in today looking for a tool set. A employee by the named Kyle Malon helped me immediate and made sure i left with the correct tool set that fits my needs.

Theresa in appliances is amazing! She helped me place a $4500 dollar order of appliances and was incredibly helpful, friendly, efficient and was quick to get me all the information that I needed.

Everything I needed was there store Is clean this associated was very patient and helpful finding what we needed also I think cashiers are always nice

We were helped by Kimberlee G (KGU2254) on our initial purchase of a washing machine and dryer. She seemed very knowledgeable about the major appliances. We just moved into a home and needed other supplies which she very generously assisted us in finding and also provided recommendations on the safe use of the products we were purchasing. She also made helpful suggestions about the products to purchase which would be helpful to us which we appreciated.

Anytime I've needed help at this store I've received it cheerfully. I'm not stupid, but I'm not a great DIY-er, either. Your associates are very helpful and patient when I ask my "stupid" questions. They are very candid when they tell me whether or not a project is something I should tackle myself or get help. I appreciate that.

The store was easy access, very clean an an associate was available right away with a good attitude.

The aisles seem to get worse every time I visit this store. Large carts of product blocking the products already stocked on shelves. That was this trip ... Last trip, the area where the concrete/cement/sand/etc is stocked was an absolute horror of a mess - carts, pallets, spilled product on the floor and shelves. One 5 minute walk-around could see these things. What's the problem? WHO is the problem?

I was buying things for my garden. The Associate was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I love shopping at Home Depot because I can take my 3 little CHI's with me. They love going and they get treats and they have their picture up on the pet wall.
