Laurie in the plumbing department is fantastic.....so helpful....she went "above and beyond" to help my husband with a hot water heater purchase......we will continue to use the store in Klamath Falls, Oregon....we had a horrible experience from the Home Depot in Redding California...we will NEVER shop there again.....Laurie is an example of why Klamath Falls Oregon Home Depot is our choice for future shopping.

Parking is great, employees are helpful, shelves are full

I would just like to say, that my Wife and I have been using this store for 12 years and never have we asked an employee, where something was and they did not find it, even if it meant walking the entire store to find it! Just nice, quality employees throughout! Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you all!

Overall pretty good. Way too much turnover in employees. The people that have been there awhile are very good . These are the ones I have questions answered by.

It's sometimes difficult to figure no staff for a specific department, but the ones I do find are usually friendly and upbeat and find the person I need to help me for my specific problem. Usually it's a plumbing question.

The people that work at this store are always friendly and helpful II am a disabled vet. and they never give me trouble about my service dog they always are ready to give what ever help is needed, and if I have any questions about how to do something or how to use things properly they do not talk to meas if I am stupid over all this store is a nice place to shop and get the things I need for any home repair work I need to do

Good selection

This store is horriable. They don't have a consistent managment team, so nobody knows who can help with what. Not to mention that something as simple as a refrigerator purchase has become a nightmare due to the incompetence of the management and staff.

Disorganized. Needed help had to walk aroun elec until I finally found the plugs. Need part to repair sander. Couldn't find so went to elec. doesn't seem to be any bosses around
