I tried for several days to place an online order from home but couldn’t complete the transaction, the app would get to checkout and freeze. Walked into store, first person I got completed my order promptly.

We were totally satisfied with our freezer purchase experience. The sales associate, Terri was outstanding!

I came to this store looking for wood, I found the wood in the process I lost my money in the store, I made it known to customer service maybe they’d offer to check the cameras talking about a little over 1000 dollars. They looked at each other and did nothing about it as I walked away I heard them laugh. After losing the money I tried to check out with Apple Pay, or tap pay the lady at the register couldn’t say” sorry we don’t take that” instead all she said was “nope” and nothing else. I asked “nope what” and she rolled her eyes and said “ cash or card only” with an attitude like I had done something to her needless to say I didn’t have that on me because it was at my house. I asked if I could leave the cart on the side and come back for it and she said “ do whatever but I’m not responsible for someone picking stuff from it” and so I left it on the side and proceeded to go home, get my purse and drive back what was supposed to be a 15 minutes stop at the store turned into a 2 hour adventure. The cashier at the location was a complete senseless individual I would not go here again specially after customer service and management didn’t care about someone losing money in the store, not a single concern to check for n their cameras. Just stay away.

I really like shopping at this home improvement store because the prices are great and you also get a military discount. Super!

Needed help to gather, purchase, pay, and load mulch. Customer service was very helpful reaching out to an associate. Charilie was our HERO! He was eager to lend a hand through the entire process! Awesome young man with excellent customer service skills! Give Charlie the highest award!!!

I stopped shopping in the Knightdale store in general because the selection of plants is not so great, and what the do have, they are not watered consistently and start looking close to dead -- with exorbitant prices.

We travel to the Knightdale Home Depot often. We especially like the blinds and the fact that they cut the width to make them fit out windows. Jordan was very helpful.

Has been a great experience and pleasure to visit a store with great employees from the return counter to the whole department. Floor staff very helpful, very friendly.

I had to make two trips to Home Depot. Both were excellent experience for me on the purchase. The loading of the truck are we definitely going to Home Depot before.

Mr. Christopher Brown helped three other persons while helping me and that translated into more business for Home Depot – I loved his attitude! Usually, associates don't even talk to others while they help one person, as if that particular person owns him at the time, or, the matter needs their undivided attention. Many times, I had left the stores for lack of help from associates while shopping for specialized items. Mr. Brown was soliciting others while he was helping me but I didn't even mind a bit because he gave me as much help as I needed without any reservations. He provided technical expertise, guiding me to pick the right LVP, and the underlayment I needed, took the materials to the checkout counter and finally loaded them in my car. Obviously, he is doing several persons job single handedly and providing service above and beyond him. He is an asset to his employer.

Brad and Chris both asked if we needed help and spent time helping us find everything needed to remodel a shower. So refreshing to not have to hunt someone down to help you.

The level of personal service at this Home Depot reminded me of the past when you received personal assistance from people that really cared!

We didn't need much, except we needed some lumber that needed cutting. The assistance was incredible! He got us a cart and waited patiently while we waited for our family to call with the measurements. He didn't even roll his eyes when we said the length was 4 ft plus 6.5 inches! The assistant manager on duty was quite helpful and treated his employees respectfully. The trip was in - get help - get out - get help loading the van.

I was buying a product and I was told that they probably couldn’t give many options because the store policy! But I’m glad that Lizzy the manager at the time was able to help so if I was y’all and if I had a issue I would go to her without a question ask

I love coming to this homedepot. They have everything I need from cleaning supplies to remodeling my bathroom. I especially like interacting with all the cool staff working here; no matter what I got going on the people here seem to know every which way to help me with my home projects and they always give me good suggestions. I always recommend this location.

This store is amazing. Staff goes out of their way to assist you and finding what you need. I was having a hard time finding what was needed. I was approached and ask by staff for assistance. That I’ve not seen in a long time. Thank you so much.
