Husky toolbox worth every cent

Looking to do a kitchen remodel and Gary in the kitchen department was very helpful. Also the store manager was very helpful. Employees asked if they could help me find an item I was looking for and the cashier that I checked out with was friendly and told me about a sweepstakes I could enter.

I purchased a few items and what was the best was the service

The Knightdale Home Depot has the friendliest employees. They are knowledgeable and patient. The store generally is very well stocked and clean. Anyone there is always happy to help you with your projects

This store has the best customer service and went above and beyond to load an oversized item that I was certain would not fit my vehicle. The assistant store manager is amazing!

I just had to leave this personal review of the Home Depot in Knightdale North Carolina. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Let's start with the Tool Rental Team. T and Shelly are absolutely a pleasure to work with; they provide excellent customer service nothing less than five stars. Alex and Mike were a great compliment to the team when it was time for me to get my refrigerator and load it up. They all provided excellent support. I work with the individual named Teri as well. Bless her heart, she means well. Also a lot of what happened would not have been accomplished in the time frame I needed it if it was not because of the wonderful store manager Stephanie. Even when it came down to me having to drop off the trailer she was more than happy to help. I don't leave comments often especially on stores that I go to quite frequently, but the amount of support and customer service I received yesterday was beyond spectacular. As a result I have switched stores and made the Knightdale store my favorite. A sincere thank you to everyone!!!

Spencer who works in the painting department is helpful, kind and friendly. He's very knowledgeable and helped us not only pick out how much paint we would need but also the finish! Amazing employee!!

Plumbing department was well stocked and organized. Employee in this department was more than helpful.

Rick did a fabulists job helping me by a grill today. He is exemplary of what I find in the employees at Home Depot. The store is well stocked, neat, and employees are great!

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot I just wish we still had one in Wilson but nevertheless I always enjoy the trip all the way to Knightdale and the customer service is always on point

Purchased 2 gallons paint

The store employees were very unaware on who job it was to assist me in purchasing a new grill that was outside. Garden vs customer service. But once we they did figure it out they were nice.

In a time when customer service is hard to find, this store gave me GREAT customer service. Several different employees asked if I needed assistance and then followed through on helping me locate it.

Needed help finding what I needed, self checkout receipt printer wasn't working, everyone got together & got me everything I needed.

Me and my wife bought a Fridge last Saturday, and went back this Saturday to buy a washer and dryer. She's awesome.

We recently moved here from Michigan and this store has been our go to for all of our home needs ever since. We’ve been multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Every time we encounter a new employee they always go above and beyond and burst with positive energy. Highly recommend.

I just wanted to thank Elisabeth for her excellent customer service today. I went into the store and was looking for something specific that I should have been looking for at an auto parts store. But she was able to narrow it down and take me to the product I needed. I then also purchased a few more tools than I planned on buying. I purchased three new appliances that were not available in the store. The sales associate, AJ at the Knightdale store was a super star in helping me. It took a while but he was there to the end and told me what to expect etc. He was polite and knowledgeable and gave great advice. Thank you AJ.

I shop at the store since I moved to the area and I've been renovating my entire house. This Home Depot is very convenient not only for its location but also for the items in store and the staff that is always friendly and helpful.
