The store is always clean and organized. I was asked several times if I needed assistance. I found what I was looking for with ease, and was checked out promptly by a friendly associate. I look forward to my next visit!

Great Experience while visiting the store. Staff very helpful.

I find the store associates here, are much more knowledgeable and consistently friendly and helpful than any of the competitors so I always visit this store first. On a recent visit, I asked a question about a drain job I am considering for my home. and the Plumbing area employee walked me through the whole job, in detail, showed me all my options, so that I felt like I had no need of a contractor for the job. On another recent visit, the tool rental guys were so friendly and helpful, I will only consider Home Depot for tool rentals from now on, unless they just don't have what I need.

Had to get just a few items for a project and was in and out in only about 15 minutes. The items were easy to find and with the self check out station I was in and out very quickly.

John in rentals went the extra mile to cut a piece of lumber for me. It was not a simple thing and he did NOT have to leave his position and go to the saw. Kevin supported him. John finally came up with a creative way to solve my problem. These one inch cuts in a 4X4 are being used as feet wooden feet for cutting boards for my daughter's wedding. I came up with several very easy solutions but my wife wanted these 4X4 one inch slices. (drawer pull knobs would have worked fine.) I was already feeling a bit frustrated with the project and the process at home. So I was really needing the patient helpful service i got. My wife was VERY happy that I didn't give up on the job. And I was very happy Home Depot employees did not give up on me. As I left, Lupe at the register was all smiles and friendly.. I felt at HOME at Home Depot.

Just stopped in to pick up some odds and ends to finish up the house maintenance. I was happily helped by Forest in finding just the right parts. He is very knowledgable. Then to a speedy check out with Lisa the cashier, who was very sweet and a great asset to the Home Depot. I always get great service at the La Habra store. This is the one to shop.

Doing a remodel on our home and shopping for some specific products. Needed the assistance of one of the Home Depot associates and ran into member by the name of Angelina. I cannot begin to say enough about her, she was what customer service is about. Very friendly and knowledgeable in all areas of the store. Thank you Angelina you have restored our faith in customer service!!!

Adora in Lawn & Garden, Rick R in Millworks and Connie now located at the Pro desk. These three associates truly represent the finest qualities of your employees. Some of their many attributes include knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and follow-through. If their is a question or concern, they are attentive to the customer's specific home related needs. They contribute useful suggestions which assist the customer in purchasing the right product for their home.

Great store with great associates like Norma Bravo & Tony thr Pro Loader always going above to help make the visit personable and help get us Contractors out quicly.

Went in to purchase a Garbage disposer and the associate who assisted my husband and I was very knowledgeable which helped make our selection very easy. My new In Sink Erator garbage disposer is so quiet I am very pleased and would highly recommend the Evolution Select Plus garbage disposer.

On this trip there were plenty of employees available to be found. I asked 3 different associates about different items, they were all so friendly and helpful. All of them. i spent most of the time in the Malibu light section and the guy helping me was awesome, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I've been to this location many times and this visit I really noticed the overall increase in staff helpfulness.

I was about ready to throw my paint in the trash and go home(had problems with color match). I was greeted at the paint dept. by Art, a young clerk. He not only helped me with the Paint. He strained it for me , put it in a new bucket(mine was dripping paint.) and sent me on my way very happy with the paint and the information he had given me. I tried to tip him , but he refused three times, however, he did ask that I fill out the survey . With more clerks like Art , Home Depot will be a winner, not only in customer relations(which is the most important), but in a shopping experience where you find what you went after with relative ease, and enjoyed the total outcome. Thanks Home Depot, and Art. You both hit a home run for me. By the way I have been a shopper at Home Depot for 13 years.

I've been going to Home Depot in La Habra for over 20 years, I live in La Mirada and I have received excellent service from your staff. I have bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher in the past with no complaint. Today I purchased a Stove and range hood from your representative Rachel W. I always try to seek her assistance because of her demeanor of being so helpful and knowledgeable.

The associate was very helpful and kind, the home depot is always clean and items are very easy to find. They were able to answer our question pretty quick and easy.

The store staff is exceptional in ALL the departments. I frequent your store at least 5 days a week.

Happy to see large easy-to-read bin number signs in the aisles. If you research items on line, the entry provides aisle and bin numbers for item location. Previously the bin numbers were tiny hard to find stickers. This is a BIG improvement.

Usually 99% of the time I find what I need and want at the Home Depot. The La Habra site in my opinion has the most store knowledgeable associates. Very efficient in check out and returns.

From employee greetings, offers of assistance, locating what i need to checking out I always leave with it being a positive experience. And I always discover something inspirational which the memory of reminds me to make another trip to Home Depot; my new "Candy Store"

I was able to locate and purchase everything on my list with ease. The store is very clean, well-organized and staffed adequately. I love the self-checkout and the employees leave you alone unless you need their help. It was very refreshing to be greeted, "Good Morning" by so many smiling faces in orange aprons!
