clean well organized store! Very knowledgeable employees

The employees were extremely helpful and walked me to the aisle and helped me find not only my product but alternatives.

a lot of store activity, but hard to get salesperson

Some days we cannot find any help at all, other days there seem to be employees milling around but never any for the particular department we are in need of. Shelves are not necessarily stocked properly, and there is a definite difference in the caliber of salespeople available--some go out of their way to be helpful and others are decidedly unhelpful. Some displays or items are not priced, and one can't find someone to ask for a price. Today's attempt to use a coupon resulted in the discovery that lawn sprinklers are not part of the Lawn and Garden category. Go figure. Now I wonder if, by that logic, we should have tried to buy pool supplies and used the coupon since those are out in the garden section?

The store was as orderly as a home improvement store can be. The associates are always friendly and helpful. Cashiers and Customer Service people are great. Everybody goes the distance in trying to assist you. Love my store!

I usually shop at another (close) Home Depot. I buy materials for my rental properties for remodeling/renovation/repair in Culver City. Without a doubt, I will make this my Home Depot of choice in the future. Well stocked, clean, good displays, and extremely helpful staff.

I know my survey and this comment may be more than you would like yo hear on one hand but, on the other, it is good news. For the first time ever I had no issues with this store. I usually stay away from this particular store. There seem to be someone or something that will annoy me. This time the the young man that help me was very helpful and had a very pleasant attitude for an employee. I only go to this store when I think I need no assistance, this time, I did and it was an excellent encounter. But in general this store is not manage well.

This store seems to be a store that carries only certain products, not everything a customer needs. In this case I have to go to the Culver City store which is not convenient for me. Mind you, this store has everything, so far.

I would like to thank all staff at this store for their great service a fluenccy. Wouldent go to any other store to buy my supplys.

Good store and clean, The people in the store is friendly

The sales associate was so helpful and friendly, he was stocking the shelf and didn't hesitate to stop and assist me; he told where to go for other items and I asked for help several times. Also, the store was very well organized and clean. It was a totally enjoyable shopping experience.

Ariana is a great girl! She helped me with practically everything; she gave her honest opinions about the appliances I wanted and needed to buy for my home. She answered all my questions and was very patient while I was very indecisive about my decisions. I actually had to return the next day because of my indecisions but Ariana was there. I can honestly say she made me feel like my needs and wants were her priority. Thank you Ariana for everything!

I wait to do my Home Depot shopping until I can commute to this store! Why? Because the customer service is so good! They really take the time to help you get the correct items for your project.

I always find what i need at a fair price.. Staff menber are respecful and ready to help and answer question.

I've found myself a bit disappointed in the past few visits I've made to this location. I haven't been able to find the items I've been looking for, i. e. fireplace grills, pre-lit christmas trees, irrigation supplies. In my last visit, I wasn't even able to get some assistance finding the christmas tree I wanted.

This is our home store, which we visit often. It can be difficult to get the help you need when calling the store. However, I always get the service I need in person. The service people are friendly and knowledgeable.

I was helped by a very friendly cashier in garden named Sheila. She was great and helped me out quick.

I could not find one single to assist me, to talk to me about how the rebates worked. when I decided on the toilet I wanted, another customer had to help me go under the shelves and dig out the model I wanted. Then there was know one to help me load it in the vehicle, again, another customer helped me in the parking lot to get it in my vehicle.

Excellent experience the store had all the items I needed. The staff was very helpful.

My overall visit to this store was very good, I just have to mention the service provided by Carolyn the cashiers. Carolyn was very professional yet at ease: she smiled, she thanked me for the business, asked if I needed anything else, and just the type of person that helps make your day.

Prodesk is rude and has little regard for customers

This is a great location to shop at. The store is clean, well organized and lit. The products are easy to find and there is always a sales associate near by to help with any questions or to point you in the right direction. I was surprised at the various assortment of plants and flowers. The fresh roses were beautiful, fresh and reasonably priced. My checkout experience was friendly and fast. My shopping experience didn't leave me feeling like I was in a maze. I will definitely return to this location. Great job Home Depot!

Found everything I needed and was educated on several appliances while I was there

Veronica is a stellar associate!! She is courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. This young lade is a shinning star in your organization. I am so confident and happy with the purchase of my new washer and dryer. Veronica, assisted me in getting something a bit more expensive than I plan too, but it will save me more in the long run. The ONLY reason I took out time to do this survey was because Patricia saw that I felt lost and she guided me throughout the whole experience. I was so impressed at the way she handled checking me out, I mean, that young Lady went the EXTRA MILE!
