Parked out by the plants section. The manager was closing up, but welcomed me in (even held the door up for me). He came straight up to me after closing and asked me about the plant I was looking at. Helped me out, got me a cart, loaded up the tree I've been looking at for a year now, helped me out to my car, and everything. Really, I'll happily visit again just to give them all a high five. This is a wonderful store with great and helpful employees.

Steph P. gave excellent customer service. She was very friendly which helped as there was a delay in my getting the items I paid for the day before.

The store was clean. The associates who I encountered with were friendly and welcoming . The associate who helped us at the register was very courteous and knowledgeable helped us with utmost professionalism at the same time she was friendly. The product that we were looking for was available.

A smaller Home Depot, but with amazing customer service. I arrived shortly before closing to purchase a washing machine and was assisted by two ladies in Customer Service (one had just clocked out, but stayed to assist because the computer was acting up and she wanted to make sure I could make my purchase). Together they worked hard to get me the earliest possible delivery date. Following the delivery, we were unable to start the machine. The Specialty Services Manager, though very busy, spent over an hour talking with the manufacturer, being transferred to multiple departments, telling them I was a valued customer and demanding my full satisfaction. My new washing machine now seems to be working and I am reasonably satisfied with the purchase, but I will never forgot the extraordinary service I received at the Laguna Niguel Home Depot.

Buying things at this store is generally quick and painless. The store is well-marked,and the people are helpful. The slight drawback is occasionally it is necessary to wait for the associates to help others, and there are sometimes many people waiting for help. This must mean that the associates know their stuff and people get the advice they need!

The associate who made several keys for me was helpful and quick, and he found me in the store to give me the keys when they were finished!

the cashier, Suzanne, was extremely helpful and also helped me set up a home depot account--I saved $25 because of Suzanne's helpfulness!

I've been to several Home Depot stores (and other competitors as well) and I find this store to be my favorite. The staff here is always available and helpful -- and I find that it's well organized and well stocked. I'll go out of my way to shop here because I'm confident I'll find what I want here.

I was offered help as I was walking up to the items that I needed which were very heavy. The associate loaded up my cart and walked to the check out with me. He made sure my check out went smoothly and then walked with me to my car to load the items in my car. He was very helpful and polite. I offered him a tip but he would not take it.

Was visiting in Calif. and needed several items to help family with some home projects. Found this store and was glad I did! Store was clean and the staff went out of their way to offer assistance. The guys in lumber were fantastic- made some cuts on lumber to my specs and didn't charge me for some additional cuts. Everywhere I went staff offered advice and assistance in the most friendly way. Wish we had a place like this in Las Vegas, our people could learn from them. I would highly recommend using this store for all your home improvement needs.

Dont count on your delivery to be ON-TIME, ALWAYS call to confirm your delivery, dont count on Home Depot crew to be there on time...next time LOWES.....

Ive had a great experience when i picked up my online items, Jess was Quick and really friendly . She saw i was handicap and she offered to help me take my items to my car herself, she didnt made me wait. Thats what i call cusomer service.
