I shop at Home Depot all the time and this was the first time I shopped at this particular location and I had a GREAT shopping experience. I was assisted right away and everyone was super friendly and helpful!

There are many great help and service available at this store. Most of the staff were willing to help out with all your needs and went out of their way to help you. I actually had a great experience and were able to make decisions quickly because of the help that was provided to me.

I am beyond impressed with the excellent and dazzling customer service in this store. I have been to many Home Depot locations and even to L****'s and this HD is the most wonderful location because of the people who work here. I maybe waited 3 minutes before someone came up to me from Self-Checkout and asked me if she could help. Then she said "Yes! We Do That" to my question and then called to get me the right person for the job. This kind of customer service does not exist except for this location. Steve in Plumbing (he is adorable at 77) knows his product, is a problem-solver, is kind, dextrous, and efficient. I will seek him out whenever I visit because his smile puts me at ease. Thank you for being in my neighborhood and providing this excellence in customer service, communication and critical thinking.

I recommend Tom or Jason to help you with heavy items to your car, they have excellent customer service, avoid the rest.

Associate showed me quickly where the product I needed was located. Product was in stock. Fast and easy service and self-checkout.

I received exceptional customer service at this store. I was in the store to purchase a tool cabinet, and needed assistance with making such a large purchase. Steve and the rest of the team I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Steve answered all of my questions, helped me make a decision and went out of his way to assist me which made me feel very comfortable with the large purchase.

Go see Lori in Customer Service, she's the best.. If you need a product, she will do her best to make sure you find it at the Depot. This store always has lot of products in stock.

This store is a busy bustling store that takes pride in its service. Every other Saturday they have a kids build day from 9-12 that all my grandkids participate in,and they meet up with their class mates. Check out this store and see why it's amazing.

My customer experience with every store associate in the last couple of months of purchasing products has been exceptional! It is more convenient for me to go to LOWES because I drive by it 3 times a week but their customer service doesn't come close to the service my wife and I have had at the Laguna Niguel. Each departments sales associates have ALL been very helpful in their customer service and positive attitude. I look forward to shopping at this store for all my home improvement projects, keep up the GREAT WORK!

THIS IS THE BEST HOME DEPOT IN THE AREA. I HAVE BEEN TO OTHERS (AND THE BLUE GUYS), BUT THE PEOPLE AT THE PRO-DESK HERE ARE THE BEST!

Toady was a very busy Saturday at Home Depot, and the parking lot was full, but when I went in the store there was plenty of staff to help me find the items I was looking for and they truly were happy to help me. It was a truly great experience !

No matter what you are looking for there is always an employee around asking if you need help! Great team on this store and great selection of products!

This Hope Depot was much more friendly and helpful than the one where I live. In Sierra Vista AZ you can not find an employee to help you.

As a girl shopping is these types of stores, it can be intimidating... But, with these employees, I didn't have a worry. Lori in customer service is awesome.... If you need any help, or have a question. Lori will do her best to make sure you have the answers you need. This store has a ton of items, and very clean. The Manager Ryan is super friendly, and didn't hesitate to help me.

Mike was extremely helpful. I said to my granddaughter when she asked what I was looking for, a cute pot but I couldn't find one. Grandma I don't think you'll find anything cute at Home Depot!

My husband had a bad blood sugar drop as we were shopping. Irfy at the register was fast and we got a cold beverage ,he ran for cookies in their break room and we got my husband back steady and on his feet. We want to Thank Irfy for his quick thinking and kindness.

This store is top of the line. It is clean, orderly and well stocked. Everyone encountered was friendly and on some occasions "went beyond" to offer product knowledge and service.

Huge store, however very organized, neat and clean. Personnel were helpful, courteous, polite and very patient.

It says it ended jan. 29th so i am not sure what sweepsteaks you say that i was entered in. Gabriel is the best cashier i have met....but you guys need to look at rules and stop advertising this
