I am very satisfied with this store. I just moved to Lake Havasu City in March, and I have made many trips to the store for things I needed to fix at the house I moved into. I am very happy with the store and it's employees. I am also very happy that I get a 10% discount for my military status. Saving money on every visit keeps me from having to search around any other hardware stores for the best price, although I believe Home Depot has the best prices!

I shop in my store at least once a week if not every other week we always have everything in order everybody knows where things are at I think the only thing you could do is put water machines in the back area so I will probably be about it after all this Covid stuff is gone .

Store has also been very helpful and courteous, when I have been in the store.

I was so impressed they had help everywhere !!!! Asking ME if I needed help ! BEST of all was my Cashier Peggy !!!

Store was very well-stocked. Customer service was outstanding very knowledgeable.

This is one of our favorite stores, the Sale Tech are so helpful and usually the store is well stock, but due to the Pandemic National wide, there are empty shelves, but where the store is clean, and we felt safe shopping there.

Needed bulbs and easily found exact replacements at reasonable cost. Clean, bright store

This store is very well stocked and easy to navigate. The cashiers are very friendly and efficient. Sometimes these big stores can seem cold and impersonal. The Lake Havasu Home Depot is like a neighborhood store.

Excellent customer service! Good advice before purchasing artificial grass, and three associates right there to help with cutting the length, folding it to fit in my minivan, and help loading. Very professional and friendly service.

Store was organized and clean. Was shopping for a toilet, the selections were good to choose from. I was disappointed that no toilets were made in the USA, hopefully that will change in time. The cashier was very helpful and saved us money by telling us about the deal offered for signing up for a line of credit. Will be shopping there again.

Always able to find what I am looking for. Store is clean and well kept. However have had issues with associate attitude problem literally felt we were disturbing her by paying for items.

The store manager has worked really hard with her people to help make shopping at Home Depot a great experience. Whether it's buying or returning, on-line sales, or just getting information and prices, the employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite.

I have been to home depot several times and almost everytime i can NEVER find help. The associates are lazy and rude and what is even worse is that the young associates are the most lazy! I feel the elderly associates are more helpful which is sad because they can not get around as easy.

Needed new appliances for my kitchen went into the store Myra one of the associates help me put together a package. I now have beautiful black slate appliances thanks to this young lady. love the store love the people my dog loves Home Depot it's her favorite place to go other than the beach I will always shop at Home Depot
