I love the convenience of making one stop & finding everything I need for home & garden projects. I also love that HD is continually bringing in new products that I am interested in. Love the convenient location because I visit 3 to 5 times a week. The Garden shop is kept beautiful.

Terrible - cant even get employees to make eye contact. Home Depot has become Kmart

I have a couple of health issues that make shopping not the most fun experience. But there were two men who made sure I got to the right place when I was looking for invisible screen doors. Then I saw them in the nursery and they also helped me there. One was a very tall man - younger guy and I'd say your tallest employee! The other was a shorter stout man probably my age - late 50 to early 60. They were together when I found them the first time.

I had to find products and supplies fast for an emergency repair that needed to be done the same day. Thanks to 3 employees I was able to get a large order on my truck bed in no time. Thanks to all the employees that helped.

Lake Park Home Depot is a very well maintained and staffed store. With the exception of a few odd things that I have looked for, I always find what I need and if the item is out of stock on a shelf, associates are always happy to help by getting it promptly from back stock. I like to try new things to make my DYI experiences more predictable and I unfailingly find neat new items to do that. Special pricing deals are always nice and this store has tons of specials on all kinds of tools. They have a good stock of the tools I like and a nice selection of brands. Gene is one of my favorite employees and all the employees are knowlegable and pleasant...

Store has most anything you need in the way of DYI tools and supplies. Also, a good selection of remodeling supplies.

Utilize this outlet up to 3 times a week for general maintenance items and always have a pleasant experience. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, even if often times they are a bit overwhelmed given they are the only ones in to Dept. to handles all customers.

The cashier needs to keep their negative thoughts to themselves. Customers don't want to here complaining from employees especially if it is ridiculous for them getting upset over someone wishes them Merry Christmas! Christmas is everyday!

Purchased tool drawers for one son-in-law and a bbq for another one. Couldn't get them in our car so went to Customer Service - paid for them and arranged for the same truck to deliver both items within 5 days for a nominal fee. Took less than 5 minutes to get it all done. Left knowing they were both going to be delivered safely without hanging out of the back of our SUV in the rain.

We were impressed by the customer service here. We were approached by an associate who offered to help us find what we were looking for (something rare these days!), and then gave us very useful information about our purchase. The cashier was also really friendly and efficient.

Returned goods should be check for completeness before placed on the shelf. I have had two experiences with packages that look new including items that are missing parts or required advertised amounts.

Once I got someone to help me everything was good.

My store items were easy to find but hard to reach. Along came this fellow from another dept. that was eager to help me. Made a big impression on me. All sale clerks should be like him.

I ordered carpeting over the phone because my primary resident is out of state. Tom was extremely helpful. The installation went as planned. Everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied.

I have shopped at many Home Depots throughout the years and this is probably one of the worst locations for customer service. I shopped on a Sunday, and there were no cashiers at the front to assist. Only self checkout was available. I needed assistance in the electrical department and waited 10 minutes for someone to arrive, which they never did. I called the store to let Chris, a manager, know, and he seemed unconcerned. Very disappointing.
