I purchased homer buckets that the signage said was $2.88. And confusing on what the actual price and product description was. A manager told the cash to honor the mistake but the cashier refused and gave only a partial discount on an unrelated item. These stores are constantly crying about how customers are trying to defraud them and this might be why… they are not providing fair and friendly service! I think everyone is constantly disappointed in these box stores. If there were alternatives that could compete with this market dominance only to be able to provide such a low level of service… most would take it.

Needed help in electrical and an employee was right there to cut wire and find products needed. Check out was complicated due to problems with the Pro app., and yet the clerk was super helpful in resolving the matter with over the top enthusiasm and friendliness.

This is my go to Home Depot store. It's about half a mile from my work, so it's definitely convenient. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The homeless encampments on the South and East side of the store are unfortunate, but it looks like that side of the sidewalk is probably the City of Lakewood's problem. Also, the population of migrant workers that seem to crowd the outskirts of the parking lot is sometimes an issue. But if you're needing some extra workers for the day, then it's not such a bad thing. And at least they're not on the corner panhandling for money. Overall this store is a good one, and I go at least twice a week.

My handyman is always pleased with the products I bring back from Home Depot. The sandstone pavers look great on the pea gravel, as do the stones for the edging. The mulch, such a Great buy! Very satisfied.

The prices of the “Tek” screws have gotten outrageous. They have nearly tripled in price over the last 5 years

Nick Martinez is an awesome person to work with. So polite, professional, attentive, responsive etc. Made me believe that excellent customer service still exists

The North Lakewood store is not my nearest Home Depot but is where I prefer to shop. On a recent trip, I as greeted by an associate and taken to the first item on my list (fire extinguisher). She helped me compare models, and took me to the second item on my list. We couldn't immediated locate it so called for assistance, who arrived within 10 seconds. He was knowledgabe about Electrical and directed me to the correct fluorescent bulbs, and then took me to the third item on my list, a hose bib. Immediately a Plumbing expert came over showed me my options, and then, when I asked, told me how to install it! I thanked him and he said it had been a pleasure to help. The North Lakewood employees are always friendly and knowledgable and sincerely want to be of service.

This store might be the easiest to get to and park. Customer service by associates in the aisles is generally good, staffing can be a challenge in some departments. Pro Desk is the best lead by Jess, I count on Rich, Dylan and Trish to get the job done. Leadership is ALWAYS available to solve problems: Reach out to Josip, Dawson and Tina - well tenured, smart relationship builders. This store is on the smaller side but manages effectively by being well stocked, neat and clean with knowledgeable sales staff.

Needed help with a product I was buying and had little knowledge of installation. Ben, the manager, was patient, clear about the installation process. He went above and beyond and I so appreciated him and what service CAN BE! If all at Home Depot assisted like Ben, you’d see more homeowners doing cartwheels on their way to this store. BE LIKE BEN!

Had an issue with plumbing and an employee helped me out. Very friendly

Went to purchase a stove. First person sitting at desk in kitchen area told me there was noone that could help me they were at lunch and come back in an hr!!!! Found a guy and he was very helpful and wound up pirchasing the stove had a coupon/code for $100 off but he didn’t know how to apply or use system!! I was in a tight spot and had to get the oven asap so i just skipped that! He was helpful until checkout. Overall the people there either dont care or not trained either way if wasnt an emergency would not use this store

Make you feel not welcome and uncomfortable. Follow me around all the time. I told my family we will go to the one on alameda from now on.

Sure wish HD accepted Google and Apple pay. I don't typically carry my wallet anymore....It's just inconvenient and disappointing.

I asked to speak to a manager to complain about the lack of help. I was told the manager was working at the Pro desk and couldn't get away. This store NEVER has enough employees. I am finished shopping, rather, trying to shop here.

I could not get to the blinds because the aisle was blocked with equipment and I am guessing trash. Very disappointed with lack of help. 2 associates were busy flirting with each other to even help me.

Most of the woman at self check out are rude and follow you around so I just go to Terri’s line she is so sweet and up beat all the time!

The garden center was closed due to inclement weather. Associate Acdaly was ready to help me any way! He got my soil and rocks like a super hero! Ask for Acdaly! He is so sweet, gets the answers you need, and loves to help!

I had an amazing experience at home depot due to the customer experience. I had an idea of what I wanted to do as a DIY doer. But when I got to Home Depot I got recommendations and what I needed plus they cut everything to size. Troy in particular in the lumber department was amazing

Customers service isn’t available here so try the one in Arvada you might get someone that knows how to do there job

The location of this store is easy in and out to a main roadway on the north and south. Location is key to customer satisfaction. I recognized that material carts were neatly organized in designated areas for customers for the next business day. Very great customer service.

Very pleased with customer service. Lakewood, CO North is the Home Depot I like to visit even though it is not my closest store. Easier to find items needed.
