I ordered a patio door online to be delivered to my home. The order was routed through this store, who was supposed to have one in stock but didn't. Instead of calling me to tell me that they missed the delivery. When I got a hold of someone (no small feat through their byzantine phone tree) I was told they didn't have any doors but would in a week, so we rescheduled. This pattern repeated itself 3 times over the course of almost a month. Eventually I was fed up and asked for my money back but was forced to come down to the store to get the refund. Very bad customer service. Low competency.

Its was a pleasant experience do to the customer service that I received from the cashier Teresa! She went above and beyond with helping me and made my business feel important! I will be back due to her help. Thank you Teresa!!

I am in this store 4+ times/week. There are a few employees here that are just OUTSTANDING!!! LISA (a cashier) is one of them. The man in charge of the rental department is a genius!! SUPER HELPFUL & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. This store is small and many times is out of stock or does not stock what some of the larger stores do. The biggest plus of this store over any other is that they have a guy roaming the lot retrieving carts and he is very friendly and more than willing to help you load things!!:)! Unfortunately, I can't remember his name at this time. You will see him for sure if you make a visit. THAT GUY DESERVES A RAISE!! The biggest downside to this store is that the parking lot was designed by a total & complete idiot!!!!!!!!!!! If you are a contractor? You drive a truck! It is hard to find a place to park a truck at this store especially if you are towing a trailer. Me and my crew refer to this store as "THE DEPET" It's NOT a depo, it is a depet. Another plus to this store is the hot dog cart! If you are hungry? They have the best hot polish in town. Overall? This store is ok. You can get in & out quick most of the time. I would rate store#1550, #3 on my list of most HATED h/d stores to shop. 52nd & Wadsworth is absolutely the WORST h/d store in the state & believe me I have shopped them all. THIS STORE IS SMALL BUT WAY BETTER THAN #1502!!!!!!!!!!

The Home Depot store is a fun place for the human being to shop. It is a state of the art environment in every way perfectly staffed with friendly professionals who are technically trained, and pleased to help you fulfill your task. The large and very visible signs make it easy to find everything the person needs and all the products are accessible, easy to see and neatly equipped to be easy to carry; the products are fascinating and the staff is friendly and attentive to the shopper's inquiries making it easy to make and update the business and the home! The checkouts are many and a fast flow with easy technology, The Home Depot store is where we all want to go!

This store is great! It’s alway stocked well and the employees are very nice and very helpful.

Employees avoid helping you by continuing to stock shelves or act as if the are busy with something else, like their cellphones.

Staff is helpful, especially Max B and Rudy. Went in with a huge list of things to get and walked out with everything that I needed. Location was clean and everything that we were looking for was stocked. Will come back to this location for future projects.

The customer service at this location is sub-par. Your time is not valued by their employees and their level of assistance is terrible. Find the next closest store and go there instead.

This shopping experience was much better compared to other home improvement stores because of the customer service. Mel was an extremely helpful, patient, and kind associate who went above and beyond to ensure I would be happy with my purchase. He answered every question I asked and even stayed past the end of his scheduled shift rather than passing me off to another employee. Mel was personal and provided a professional and warm atmosphere for my shopping experience as a first time home buyer! Thanks again Mel and Home Depot!

My review is based on the level of service I received from an employee named Kyle. He went above and beyond when helping to resolve an order pickup issue. I have never received that amount of effort in trying to get something done while in a Home Depot and Kyle was the man.

Recently while shopping in the store I observed a male manager having some kind of morning rally with the associates there and he was so positive and energetic, he was giving associates direction for the day and I couldn't help but stop and listen. I felt excited to shop there after listening to him. He had an amazing smile and seemed to really enjoy his job. I shop at this store for flowers a lot and the area outside the garden gates was organized better this year than in years past, it was easy to shop and navigate. Saturday mornings have been a delight to shop at this location.

Just wanted to buy some carpet and have it installed. After 2 trips to the home depot and a 50 $ deposit, Nobody in the store could help me with this !. I got my money back and left, will not shop there any more !

In this Home Depot the employees go out of there way to make our shopping experience an easy quick shopping experience.

Store is well stocked, good signage so it is easy to find items and employees are friendly and helpful. Most every one who walked by asked if we were finding what we needed.

Altho this was my first trip to this store I found things very easily, including the nice clean restroom! I had no trouble finding assistance and the cashier was extremely helpful!
