I liked the choices for paint color. The store door greeter was friendly and happy. I liked the prices of the products I purchased.

The store associates that helped me, (and walking by) were both helpful and very friendly. Thank you for making my day a little better.

"Seasonal" Associates were very sincere and helpful. Products were scattered around and they both stuck with the search until all products were found. The cahier, a ten-year veteran of HD was terrific with a very helpful, upbeat attitude. We have spent thousands of dollars in a renovation project requiring materials and multiple appliances and plumbing materials. We are extremely satisfied customers.

Good shopping trip, but with the clutter or amount of product in the store aisles getting ready for "Back Friday" using the store supplied electric cart was difficult. That aside good anf productive experience.

I'm completing this to try and get attn about an awful survey process. Conflicting answers, Look at the salesman comments. Had to answer about cashiers, when I paid the salesman ( washers and dryers} on and on. I would be pleased to talk to someone about my experience. As a Home Depot stock holder I am very disappointed in this product.

Its always fun to come to this store. I always find what I need, if I have questions, there is ALWAYS someone there to assist me. Nice, clean environment, and everyone is always offering assistance. Thank you!!

I had the most amazing check out experience in the lawn and garden area. Jihan, while she was quite beautiful, was courteous, helpful and professional. I look forward to my next trip to this Home Depot and checking out through the lawn and garden section.

I went to the Home Depot looking for earplugs, and expecting it to take an hour to find them. But a clever associate directed me to the spot in which I could find them, and I did so in a minute and a half! Great store, nice folks, easy to get around in there, too.

I often go to this store because it is close to my home but i think their prices are higher than other home depots. I also feel like they don't have as good as selection as other stores.

There were store associates around, but we did not need assistance and no one asked either.

The store seems well run and the staff is helpful, BUT the people seem to need training on the "details" of the contracts they initiate. We were misled about those details on a couple of occasions, by apparently well meaning staff. The store seems to also be regularly understaffed. HD's contractors are a BIG problem! Some are owned by HD and some are not, BUT you CANNOT trust ANY of them for competence OR quality work! We spent "A LOT" of money with HD, remodeling our home, because we expected a good job at a good price. The price was not good enough for the price we paid! Each of our projects took multiple extra visits to finish and some of it STILL isn't right! To be fair, HD seemed to want to make things right, but in the end, they did not live up to their promises. NOT EVEN CLOSE! Trying to beat the winter weather, we started multiple projects at once. Unfortunately, that was a BIG mistake, because HD would not have gotten another contract out of us otherwise. Do your homework, BEFORE you give them your business! Good Luck!

I did not have to go looking for associates in either of the two departments I visited: Flooring & Tile and Lawn & Garden. Jeff in F&T greeted me as I walked toward his department & asked me what I was looking for today. He took the time to look through the tile on the shelf to find the specific color I was looking for - which I didn't expect to find (and didn't); but showed me styles that I didn't know HD carried & suggested I look on-line for the color I wanted.

easy shoping. When I couldnt find an itam a store employee came and asked if she could help then walked me over to wher the product was and answered all my questions.

Purchased 20 backs of sand and the Pro Loaders were able to forklift the whole load right out to the truck.

Lumber was good quality and easy to find. Friendly, knowledgeable staff did the cutting that I needed very quickly. Checkout clerk was cheerful and efficient. Keep up your GREAT work, folks. You made it a pleasure to visit your store. THANK YOU ALL!

It would be nice if the receipt printers in the self check-out printed dark enough to see what was printed.........................

Although the items I needed were in various locations, I was able to find what I needed thanks to the helpful associates.

Every time i go to this store in particular if I have trouble finding anything I can never find an associate. When I find someone they don't work in that department and have to call someone. That takes 30 minutes or so and by then I have gotten frustrated and tried to find a manager "good luck finding them too".

This store is always full of helpful employees that are eager to assist you. This home depot is always clean and never seems overly busy. The products I am looking for are always in stock and easy to see.

I and my co-worker (who shopped with me) would like to specially thank Mr. Mike F at the plumbing Department of 7200 W Colfax Ave store, Lakewood for all his help in answering our questions, finding the right parts for us on the shelf, and threading the galvanized pipes for us. He is very knowledgeable and always patient, which makes our building a new bathroom project much easier. He is extraordinary!

I could never have found all the small parts and come up with all the work arounds for my current project without he help of Associate Michael. He was amazing!

I needed to purchase one item on this day; some caulking to use in the bathroom. I should have been able to go in and out in 5 minutes or less, as I knew exactly what I needed. BUT, I didn't know where to find this item and wandered around the store, going from aisle to aisle. After about the third time walking what seemed like the entire store, I started looking for an employee to ask for help. Every time I found someone I recognized as being an employee of Home Depot, they were either helping someone else or talking with another employee as they quickly walked away with customer-blinders on. You know what I mean, right? Those blinders that don't allow them to see or hear someone asking for help. I finally found 3 employees huddled around in a circle at the back of the store, yakking away. But I had them trapped at the dead-end of the aisle!! They couldn't get away this time!! So I asked them where to find this item and one woman waved her hand vaguely in the direction of my left and said 'aisle 5'. Well, if you have ever been in this store, you know that it's sectioned and set up in a way that seems backwards to other Home Depot stores. So off I go, seeing aisle 40, 39, 38, ect, ect. Finally, after being in the store for Well Over 30 minutes, I found aisle 5 and quickly picked the caulking I wanted to buy. I usually love buying in Home Depots, but after this experience I will think twice about going to this particular store. I really don't have the time to wander around forever, no do I have the energy!! If I want to walk for the exercise, I want to go to the green belt. I do recommend this store for their products and pricing, but I can't fully recommend this store due to lack of Customer Service on the floor.

I want Eve's manager Sarah to know what a great employee you have here. She was head and shoulders above at least one other employee here who could not help me find the item I was looking for, and simply told me to go look somewhere else. The item I was looking for was not available in the store, even though the app showed that it was. Eve helped me find a substitute item, and adjusted the price to make up for the store's oversight. She helped me get the item in my cart. She used her hand-held device to try and locate the item. This is the kind of associate that does credit to Home Depot's reputation and shows that the store does have high standards for customer service. I have come across many bad employees, mainly cashiers, who are ignorant and unhelpful, so the contrast with Eve was very gratifying.

The store is very well maintained and the shelves are fully stocked at all times that I have found, but the staffing during the rush towards the end of a work day can use some improvement. Employees should know all answers to product information when a customer is asking questions regarding said product. Location for these products should be easily communicated when an associate is busy helping other customers. Cross training wouldn't hurt given a large amount of employees are walking all over the store and cant answer questions about where certain products are located/secondary products that could be applied to the situation/project. Tool rental should be willing to give advice to customers rather than denying customers a rental because the tool would need to be serviced upon return, which it should get an equipment evaluation upon return anyways! This store has been my local store for 8 years and every year I have multiple projects to complete during the summer months and the staff changes every year making it hard to find a consistent source of answers, still wish The Home Depot would hire retired master carpenters who could help locate products and give insight to installation procedures!!!

Cat was very helpful and friendly! Glad we came to this store to buy our first washer and dryer.

Desiree at customer service did a wonderful job helping us with applying a coupon on a Purchase that we made the day before. She gave us great customer service! We appreciated her help.

Got all we needed from the garden center. There was a woman who helped me pick some items for my garden, very helpful!

My first time in this particular store. Surprisingly friendly, clean and well organized. Not what you find in other home supply stores. My confidence in Home Depot continues to remain solid. Thanks Home Depot.
