I had a little difficulty finding what I wanted. The associate was very willing to assist me, friendly, and knowledgeable. The cashier was also very pleasant and helpful.

My family are regular customers of the Home Depot in Halethorpe, MD, having purchased everything from lawn and garden supplies to building materials and appliances. The sales associates at this location are always helpful and gracious, and the store neat and well organized. We give it high marks!

time spent getting material and at checkout is lost time for a job..the speed of the cashier is very important and makes the beginning of the day go easier. Doneylle is very good at her job and makes the whole experience faster and more enjoyable

This home depot is practically a toy store to my boyfriend and me. We love coming here and usually bring our dog, Boh, along for the journey. Finding what we need is very easy and when we can't locate something or need advice on a project, there is always an employee close by who is eager and willing to help out. We have never encountered a rude or disinterested employee - they are all very helpful or very willing to find someone else who is more of an expert than they are in the project in question. Boh loves all the extra love and pets he gets when he comes along with us and it's nice to have a store that allows you to bring your fur baby in with you. Overall, this store is a great place to get good quality supplies for any house project or DYI project you can imagine. It's even a great place to get ideas for the next big project!

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. I just wish it was easier to find associates.

We were having a hard time finding curtain rod brackets and Tornado Tony was so fun and helpful trying to find them.

I had a wonderful experience when visiting the Home Depot Lansdowne. I had a little knowledge of the materials and project I wanted to do and the associates at this store was very helpful in helping me find the materials I needed as well as giving me more ideas.

I went to Home Depot the day before and purchased 2 projection lights for Christmas. I liked them so much when I tried them out at home that evening I decided to go back to purchase more. I was talking to my son in line discussing how I wished there were some in orange for Halloween when one of your Sales Associates, Michelle, interrupted me to let me know they did have them for Halloween. She directed me exactly where to go and I bought 2 in orange and purple. Very happy I decided to come to Home Depot to get keys cut the evening before.

When I went into the store I was already in a hurry so I was able to find an associate quickly they showed me exactly where the product was that I needed I found one other item that I needed went to the cashier which was friendly and run my purchases up quickly and then I was out the door I was able to finish my task at home with no problem

Needed a new dryer as soon as we got to the Appliance department someone came over to help us she showed us all the latest models. She took her time and was a great help. I'm 70 years old Its been a long time since we had that kind of service. Unusual these days to get someone who cares. Next time we need anything I know were we will head for. Makes you feel good to have someone who cares about you. The Sales person said she treats people like the way she likes to be treated and she sure did. Thanks Jim Newton.

It took over 10 minutes for an associate to come , as others passed by the work station.

When I visit The Home Depot, I like to browse and due to experienced friendly staff and a very organized store I usually end up taking my time and buying more than I came in for. It is always a very relaxing time. I would definitely recommend The Home Depot! Thank You

The products I had were easy to find. The service I received was great. There was a pile of concrete on the floor in the construction isle. The rest of the store was clean.

Employees at the customer service desk are extremely helpful. Couldn't find something and they didn't need to look it up, they knew exactly where they were.

I had a very positive experience working with Mike Kemper on a complete kitchen and bath renovation. He drew, and redrew designs for me, and could not have been more kind, pleasant and helpful every step of the way. It was an overwhelming project, and he made it manageable for me.

I live within a mile from the store and I love the convenience of just stopping by and picking up what I need. Everyone's always helpful and willing to help. Most of the time I ask about an item they can tell the aisle number and location in detail where it's located. I've had them personally walk me to the product and ask their peers for assistance in locating.
