Everyone is very helpful and it was great to have my dog with us. The cashier even gave her a treat.

This is local and usually well stocked. Good variety of plants and other things I look for.

I have had exceptional experiences with the employees of this store. I have my favorite two employees that work in Electrical and have interacted with others through checkout. When you ask a question to an employee in this store, they'll do their best to help you out.

I lean towards HD more than the competition. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Service in the paint department was very pleasant!

Kodos to Bryant in Garden. He provided the type of service Home Depot was known for. Being a former Supervisor at 2566, it did my heart good to receive that kind of customer service. In talking and thanking him for his service, I learned that his father works where I do, Maryland Live Casino & Hotel. He even works on my shift. I looked him up when I went to work and I told him about the customer service I rec'd from his son. Come to find out, he worked at Home Depot too and at the same store years ago. Small world.

The young woman ,Dawn who helped me load 12 rolls of sod even though she was quite small, turned my whole shopping experience around. This young lady was very pleasant,helpful, and thanks to her I wa S able to load my truck. I feel like she will be a real asset to your company. Thanks to Da Wn I was able to get loaded check out and beat the rain.

Worst Home Depot experience I’ve ever had. Store manager seemed timid and failed to greet or make eye contact with us. Associates Chris and Micheal at the service desk were completely clueless as to what basic customer service looks like.

On a busy Saturday with customers everywhere staff was courteous and very helpful. Patricia the Garden Shop Cashier was very friendly and moved her line along very quickly.

I want in Home Depot couple of times last week each time I could not find something but each time when I ask an employee for something not only he would tell me where it was that he would actually show me where was at. That's kind of service I like.

I love that they have experts in all departments to help me make wise purchases for my home improvements!

The Halethorpe Home Depot has been a part of our community for many years now and they get better every year. The employees are knowledgable and ready to assist the customers when they don't know what they need to accomplish a job. When other big box stores are becoming more impersonal and harder to deal with, this store is becoming just the opposite. Keep hiring good employees like Nicole, Hope and Tia. Keep shelves well stocked and clean. The home improvement population in our area is growing and this store is growing to met our needs.

Pam was very helpful when I had trouble scanning and item at the self check out. I didn’t known why it didn’t scan but Pam figured it out and got the item to scan. She was also very nice and friendly when I asked for her help.

The employees in the store make it worthwhile going there there's always a smile on the face they're always willing to help no matter what they walk you to where you need to go to find an item they even look for the item you can ask for a better service than that

I have been shopping at the Lansdowne Store since it opened. I have always found this store clean, I have always the products or equipment I was looking for. Never had a problem with the store associates when looking for a particular item I couldn't find. Checking out was never a problem, The cashiers have always been pleasant to del with upon checking out. I honestly say this store has it all, or they will find it and order it for you. Over the years I remodeled every room in our home, especially the Kitchen and bath's as these where the major areas of concern and as I was able to perform electrical and plumbing our overall saving were significant. We visited this store recently to buy combination smoke detectors/CO detectors. Not only was the salesperson helpful in finding the type we needed, he was able to explain the new MD law and what devices were required. The sales clerk at the register, Patricia, was helpful in saving us additional money by signing us up for a Home Depot card. Our experience was very positive and we will return for any future needs.

Always clean and employees are always aware of customers. Always ask if you need help.

I shop at this location regularly--at least twice a month. I have never had a poor experience. Often, store associates go above and beyond to pro-actively ask if I need assistance and offer recommendations on products if I have questions. It is evident that store management and employees on the floor take customer service seriously and deliver it without any complaints or hassle. I stopped shopping at any other brand hardware store because this location is convenient and I am never frustrated when I leave the store.

GREAT EXPERIENCE

Ken who was working the floor helped me to save money and suggested a even better product for the job i needed done than i was about to get. It not only saved me money but saved me a trip back to get the correct item as i was about to buy the incorrect item for the duty i needed to preform. Patricia who worked the register also was amazing. Both went above and beyond to ensure my experience was all around epic. This store is the store you want to visit for sure. Puts all the surrounding locations to shame.
