Went to get paint not available at my local Couer d' Alene store. CDA called Liberty Lake and confirmed the paint was there. At Liberty Lake the Behr paint representative was there. He was very helpful in showing me different selection for the 2 projects I'm working on. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He took the time to talk about the projects and made great recommendations.

Very happy with the help I got at the blinds department.

The person that helped me was very nice and knowledgeable of what I was after. On the receipt is the name Rogelio-RMG5242. I would to everyone he is the one to talk to.

Whether I go on line from home, or simply go to the store looking for items I need, Home Depot has never failed me. Associates are knowledgeable. If a particular associate knows that another associate is more familiar with products in a particular area, they will page that associate. I have never been kept waiting for help for more than an acceptably few minutes. And since I shop in the Liberty Lake store quite often, I have a handful of "go to" associates who have become good "shopping" friends. What a great experience!

The store is clean and organized. I know right where to go when I enter. If I need help it isn't hard to find a store employee. I like the variety and options of products.

The worst follow through I've ever experienced as a Contractor. After many high recommendations from my peers regarding this location, it appears that I will be taking my business elsewhere and nobody really cares.

ALTHOUGH I DIDNT NEED ANY HELP FINDING ANYTHING, THE ASSOCIATES WERE WILLING TO HELP.

Very clean and nicely laid out store..easy to find gift cards and even a cute one with a bride and groom that I purchased for our friends' wedding present. The sales associates in the home appliance areas were helpful in answering questions about washers and dryers.

Everytime I visit this store I know why I keep coming back to it! Always professional help and very quick answers to anything I need. They don't point you where to go they will walk you to the area of need!

The store was clean, the associate in Home and Garden was personable and kind. I have trouble finding associates in other areas at times, but overall it is easy to get in and out quickly.

Last year I took my patio rope lighting and simply wrapped it around my railing, although pretty it took the use of the handrails and railing away... so I went to Home Depot thinking it's going to take me some time to explain what I need to attach the rope without obstructing the railings. Not at my Liberty Lake Home Depot. The staff is always awesome, I wish I would have captured his name. I told him my challenge and off we walked to the Electrical and then nails and screw isles.. I purchased "Flex 3/8" cable range on hole strap" and one screw for each. It took 14 bags as I have a large patio...one for each railing. The cable holder fits nicely under the handrail and now my deck is lit beautifully and we can use the railings. Thank you! Brilliant idea from the staff at Home Depot in Liberty Lake...

Like many of us I started getting my yard and deck ready for the summer. We have not painted our deck completely in 5 years! Yikes. We would paint the railings and not the floor, a few years ago we painted the floor but not the railings. It took me 7 days to paint the deck completely! The help of the staff in the painting department at home depot was wonderful. First they recommended after a 3 and then two gallons of "Over - deck stain" that maybe I should consider a 5 gal. Yup, I just wish they would have told me sooner. It took 13 gallons of stain to paint my deck, under the deck stairs, railings and floor. Over-deck is easy clean up. The staff at home depot helped me save on my last 5 gallons as I took their advice and purchased the 5 gallon instead of 2 gallons. When your on your hands and knees painting and run out of stain...well I was grateful to know I had more stain and didn't have to stop and go back to get more. Thank you Liberty Lake Home Depot Staff!

The staff at Home Depot are always helpful and friendly. They helped me with lawn chairs today.

The store is very convenient to the town of Liberty Lake. They have a good selection of inventory, and most items can be ordered to the store form their web page if they are not available in the store. Pros: Reserved parking for veterans right next to the main entrance! Cons: Especially the main isle, but the side isles too, are cluttered with discount and sale items making it difficult to maneuver around the store.

I was able to complete my visit through the help of an associate, who cut the plywood to my specifications. very friendly, will return for future building materials.
