Remember to find a cart in the parking lot when you go in, there are never any available inside. Don't try to go to the customer service counter with a cart full of lumber, you'll just have to leave it in the isle and that will block ALL traffic because there are so many floor displays already clogging the isle. Don't try to take lumber or plumbing products through self checkout. There isn't room to maneuver and you'll just end up knocking over some poor little old man. Take extra masks so you can hand them to all the people who refuse to wear them.

The only reason I shop at the LIB Lake HD is because of Steve! I am 57 yr old grandma that has recently gotten into woodworking. I am making rocking chairs for my grandchildren. A tradition that my father started when I was little. I look for Steve when I come in and he helps me figure out what I need by asking me questions! He is very knowledgeable and patient.

I go a little bit out of my way to go to the store. Because they are always nice, very clean store, And I’ve never not been helped by somebody if it was just as much to say can I help you find anything it’s always very refreshing even when I don’t need help.

Employees were friendly and on top of their game. Called in order and asked to hold due to low stock, held and had it prepared (i.e., stain stirred) before we even got there.

Suzanne and Lesa were amazing last night! They spent almost an hour (skipping breaks even), assisting me in getting a credit card so I could save some money purchasing a chainsaw. They were kind, friendly, personable, and concerned about my welfare. You just do not see this in retail these days. Just before I left, Lesa handed me a coupon and said "Because you have had to wait and have been so patient, we gave you a discount tonight, and here is $25 off on your next visit". I started to cry. My day had been rough, and she and Suzanne gave the kindness my heart was longing for!

No product 1 inch insulation yet its in there computer.. all they can suggest is go to another home depo saying its in there computer if its not in there store yet it says they got to full pallets why would i waste my time and money to go to another stupid incompetent home depo..!!!###! Why did they not go get from other store ???

Jessica in plumbing is always diligent in finding the right answer for any problem or question we have. Cashier Melissa always is friendly, remembers us and my military service, and is aware of if we may need help loading heavier purchases. The store is always clean. With the supply difficulties from the Covid chaos, store staff are great at looking up projected delivery dates or helping find suitable substitute items.

Your pro checkout person Melissa is the only reason we constantly come to liberty lake location when she takes vacation or is absent we feel we are treated as well as we could be.

The employees are very helpful & very friendly. Store is always clean. They have practicality everything. Also, you are required to wear a mask, & if you don't have one, they do. I love this store! :)

Outstanding Employee's ready to help with all your shopping needs, from finding the items your looking for as well as information about the items. Also help in loading the items on a cart & then help loading them into your vehicle.

From entering the door to checking out, this Home Depot employee base is outstanding! Entering the store will find an employee greeting and giving immediate direction. Looking Lost? Well someone in Orange, will most likely see if they can help you. (Most likely with a smile and possibly a little banter). Need help with loading? All you need to do is ask. There are employees that will gladly help load those 20 bags of mulch, or bulky items that you could use some assistance with. They will also help you out to your rig and help load up. Smiles, help, and satisfaction. Shop at Liberty Lake Home Depot and leave with a smile.

Did about 200$ worth of shopping, only out of one item, staff was very helpful, all wore masks and used social distancing but I didn't see any sanitizer stations.

I have received the best customer service from the Liberty lake, Washington store. Cary in the lumber department is a great store associate and really helpful employee. Also Dave on the Merchandising Execution Team is a very nice man and extremely helpful employee. I will remain a loyal Home Depot customer. Keep up the great work and Thank you. See you when I start my next DIY project.

We have spent more than $8500.00 updating our home. For the most part employees have been knowledgeable and helpful. We did have a small issue because of a rug I bought. I wanted a runner to match and had to settle for something similar. Other than that we have been treated very well at Home Depot. I would highly recommend them.

Given this current COVID crisis, Home Depot employees have done a remarkable job remaining calm, positive and helpful. Thank you all - for being open and doing a fabulous job for your customers!

Returns and customer service desk employees continue with chatter prior to addressing any needs of multiple customers. This has happened on my previous 6 or so visits now so worthy of noting. Additionally, Jaden postured up as if he was going to become physically engaged with the customer.... is this the training they are provided when someone is exiting the store through the wrong door?

The people here are great. Always ready to help no matter how busy they are. I hardly see empty shelves. I recommend the store and I'll be there again.

This location is one of the best on the Spokane area. The isles are wide and clean. The lights are on with bright bulb, unlike a couple of the other stores. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. And the lay-out of the products is very logical. We go out of our way to shop at this store if we have the opportunity.

This is my favorite hardware store in Spokane valley. People are helpful and prices are great.

I love this Home Depot store! My husband and I have been in the process of remodeling our house for almost three years now. We are getting near the end of all of our projects and this location has been our go to store. We pass three other hardware stores to shop here. Always friendly knowledgable service with lots of people to answer questions and provide assistance. Most people know my husband by first name. You will find what you are looking for and the friendly service that you desire.
