Always seems to be out of materials that I need everytime I go there and must go somewhere else for it. Customer service is still poor as ever. Organization in the store seems to be all over the place. What the store has in stock does not match with what the app and website advises.

1. Lack of inventory. 2. Misplaced inventory, both Home Depot website and app advised the Set-Screw Coupling only had 1 available but found 5 in a different aisle. 3. Unfriendly customer service, a lot of talking among workers to help out and when they do act like it is the biggest inconvenience for them. 4. A lot of workers how are not knowledgeable about products and process.

Is great on customer service, they have everything you need.

POOR CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE

Thanks to Kim who found the faucet I wanted she searched hi n lo in those shelves. Wale Thanks for your help and tips so(informative)on my bathroom tile hunt. Carmen the Cashier thanks for the speedy check out and your pleasant personality. Great crew so helpful. Keep it up Home Depot.

the customer services on the barbecue area outside in from of the store definitely did a good job and help us in everything ( sorry i dont have his name was saturday 17 in the morning hispanic from puerto rico)

No one helps at this store, you can walk around ask for help and no ones cares.

I want to commend the Manager, John Tuttolomondo, and Assistant Manager, Luis Silva, for providing great customer service on a very timely basis. I had a question regarding delivery and John responded quickly and resolved my problem.

Busy but organized store and friendly helpful staff.

I am a big Home Depot fan. It is near my home and I go there every time I have a project I am doing.

The customer service rep noticed I was trying to make an informed decision on a circular saw I wanted the Makita hypoid saw a new saw on the market, they did not have any in stock but he assurred me that if I got another Makita that was in the store that it will be a great deal I will save money and still have a brand-name that I trust I bought it I used it I loved it thank you Home Depot

Store was extremely busy but we were helped by Randy with our window purchase. We drove down from RiverVale NJ because they had windows we wanted in stock. Randy in doors and windows is one of the best associates I've encountered in any Home Depot in years.

I had all answers and assistance i needed for this project that i had @ home related to kitchen cabinets and counter tops.

This store is the BEST Home Depot. Others pale in comparison. They are helpful, friendly, and if they are uncertain, they swiftly find out. This store is neat, organized and run well. Janice and Alex were efficient and made a favorable impression on me.

This store is feeling it's age and needs an upgrade including the training of associates.

The employee are not so helpful I have waited on line for will call more than 3hrs I have rented trucks no oone around to load truck worse part I drop a beam on foot 2 weeks out of work due to no employee available for help

I love this store. Whenever I come here for whatever purpose (browsing, returning, specific purchases) I always have a great time because of every single worker. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and a delight to interact with. I always have someone willing to go an extra mile for me and they sometimes know EXACTLY where the item is. Love it here.

Very satisfied with the service here , just became my favorite store

lucky there was some one to help me at the self check out or I would have let my stuff there and went to Lowes
