Customer Service was great thanks to employees by the name of Stefan, Moe, & Maria. But a worker that was attending self checkout named Alycia was very imprudent. Employees liked her should attend customer service workshops every six months.

After frequenting this HD location for 4+ years, I can easily say that it has only gotten worse. The turnover of staff is equally as high as the number of associates who are rude to customers. A shame really.. makes me wonder what goes on during the training seminars.

This store had everything I needed again tonight without any compromises. I am glad I went shopping.

I literally found everything I was looking for and was ready for check out in less than 5 minutes. A rewarding trip to the store overall.

I had lost the receipt to an item I recently bought and she looked it up for me.

Even thou is not always the same, there are some associates who do go the extra mile to help you in here

Needed help with a shelving system for a closet and I got excellent assistance and a great shelving system.

We had a hard time deciding on what vanity or sink to put into our bathroom and had made several trips to the store. We were fortunate to always have the same sales associate, Kimberly, to help us. She was extremely helpful and always answered our questions and always treated us with respect, even though it took us a few visits before we made up our minds.

I usually shop at the forest ave home depot in s.i but was shopping near by i did stop because i do have a few projects to do thanks to reid in millwork which he was very knowledgable and patient he guided to the right products thank you reid

Last emergency visit before the big snow storm getting what needed before my next visit.

Store is always clean, Associates are very helpful. I almost always find what I go there for. I highly recommend this store to every body.

I had a great experience with this home depot associate Charles Caseus. I ask him for a item that total cost was 89 cents and was out from shelve and he did ever thing to get that item. Thank you Charles

I'm new to Linden. Just purchased a home there. This Home Depot is on the other side of the park which is perfect. I've gone there almost every single day to get something or things. Each time it's been in and out with zero problems. The people that have helped me out were on point. Karen in particular was excellent. Very knowledgable. Looking forward to my next visit which is tomorrow. Masonry work here I come.

As I entered the home depot I was greeted by an associate by the customer service desk And they pointed me in the direction I needed to go as I asked them where the tool section is . Shopping in the tool section I came across a flashlight hanging and there was no price .instead of searching for an associate I quuckly pulled out my phone and used my homedepot mobile app to scan the barcode and found out the item was on sale . Great find

I visited the Linden Home Depot hoping to find a thick chain for my brother's Christmas gift. Thick chains can be used as a weightlifting tool. It was suggested that I check out a hardware store to find such a chain as your local sporting goods stores do not chains. I found the chain on my own but was not familiar with how I would be charged for the product, i.e. by weight or length. I found an associate who directed me that purchasing the chain would be by length. The sales rep was knowledgable and helpful as was the cashier. All in all a successful visit.

The staff are always helpful. The prices are always just right. The store is always spotless. They have great sales throughout the year. The best place to shop in town is the Home Depot.

The employees are amazing and help me with finding the right material and tools for personal and company use.

The business model has been consistent since their inception. There is nothing comparable to THE HOME DEPOT.

When you can walk into a HOME DEPOT, find what you're looking for, proceed to self or cashier checkout and you're overall time in the store is 11 minutes (average) This is worth noting.
