The aisle where my needed products were was being used to stage pickup orders for other customers. They were not in the bin shown on the app and were almost inaccessible. The fence posts were so dirty and rusty, I thought they were used or salvage, but no, full price.

Bought a Clawfoot tub 11/15/22 as I was building a new home. Moved into new home 7/28/23. Was bathing in tub 6/10/25 and raised up on my elbow and heard the tub crack. Emailed Home Depot and they emaailed me back saying tub had one year warranty, they couldn’t help me, but they gave me the number to company who manufactured the tub. I called them and they pretty much said same thing. Looks like accident (duh) not in warranty, so now I am out $982 for price of tub and faucet, not to mention the cost of plumber for install. It is AKDY 59” fiberglass double slipper Clawfoot non whirlpool bathtub in glossy white. Item # 1005-746-881 all the reviews were good as I researched very well ( I thought)! Had I known it only had a year warranty, I would not have bought this tub. It’s pretty but for goodness sake, it last less than 2 years. Home Depot , do better. I am very dissatisfied with this and have spent thousands at your store! This is unacceptable! As a person who has been retail for the past 36 years and deal with customers all day long I say, “ shame on you!

I have remodeled 3 homes and am building on now and have purchased all items for my building projects from this Home Depot. They really are the best.

I haven’t had a problem from this store. I been using it for 6 yrs. Now. I realize that with Covid the phone might ring off the wall for folks calling in for answers. But each time I call the help is awesome. I like it that they carry Dewalt & Milwaukee tools.

I bought this outdoor smart plug and it works awesome for plugging in holiday decor, inflatable’s, etc. and just turn them on with your phone

Came to look at freezers. Employee was so knowledgable and fantastic processing purchase and even saved us another $50.00.

Contractor sales does a great job.

Needed just 1 more sheet of siding to complete my project. Needed it cut from 48” to 36”. Brought my own saw, but Francisco was quick to offer that he could make to cut for me. So appreciative of his effort. Tried to tip him for his great service be he said not permissible. Great job!!! 5 star service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I paid for a customers appliances when me and the customer had problems because he had not paid me for work done i cancelled hos appliances order. That i paid for on my account. Home depot sent the check to him. Instead of me. This is total bulls#$t they are the worse place to do business with. I will be sueing them.

So, went to Longview, TX homedepot for the Bootz metal shower pan. The one they had in stock the coating was chipped. I ordered one and it was shipped that night to my house. Opened it the next morning and the coating had a major 1.5" by 1" gouge, gash, chip or whatever you may call it. Drove the 45 minutes into town to return and reorder as we have to have a metal shower pan. So easy and quick return and we reordered the pan again at the store. So, the pan showed up yesterday and guess what? Yep, the coating was damaged again. So ran to town again yesterday to return and reorder. Easy return at home depot like usual and the same lady reordered it again, but this time I'm sending it to the store so they can inspect it. They did discount it to make up for my shipping and veterans discount which was great. I'm just out about $40+ gas and quite a bit of time. I'm very happy with the customer service provided by Melanie at the customer service counter at the Longview, TX home depot. My second time she seemed frustrated for me lol. The only store issue is I haven't received the refund for the 1st pan return but received the second refund within 30 seconds to my account. I also didn't get a return receipt for my first return.

The store has always been fine but the website sucks. Home Depot is like every other online retailer. Always wanting more of your info. It is infuriating. If I had a better option I would definitely use it.

If you have 1 job, that is as simple as counting to 20 and cannot do that job go work somewhere else. The people that work here know nothing about the job they are doing. Do not ask for an 'expert' advice.

my brand new shower should come in on Tuesday the 23rd. I am very excited. I am not picking it up, but my friend is so as long as he doesn’t have any issues. I’ll be really pleased with my purchase. I don’t think he will. He’s picked up stuff for me from a lot of stores

I have always had to wait extra long to get my product that was ordered on line. The girl who helped me took a lot of time to get my information on her computer, then when she went to the back to get my order, she never returned. After waiting at least 15 minutes, I had to ask someone else to go get my order from the back.

I ordered toilets and they were late coming in… They were delayed and Kevin in customer service took my name and number and stayed in contact with me until they arrived. He is a huge asset to your Longview Home Depot store! Give that guy a raise!

Need to let customers know that you use a third party delivery service that doesn’t care about service at all

Lionel from the flooring department was a complete asset and a wealth of knowledge. He was able to educate me on the appliance I was purchasing. He left no opportunity for surprises later, when it came time for delivery. I walked away secure in knowing that I would get what I was expecting from my purchase and the best part about it all is he did it lightning fast (less than 5 minutes.) thank you, Lionel for being the best part of Home depot!!!!

Longview TX whoever puts these together in the back room needs to have their work double checked This is the 2nd Cub Cadet XT1 that I have had to be delivered. The 1st one the front wheel was not connected correctly and became unable to use while I was moving it from where the driver parked it, as the wheel would not turn. I had to call HomeDepot.com and waited 35 minutes for them to be able to connect me to the Longview TX Store. 3 days later They just delivered the 2nd Cub Cadet, the driver pushed it off the truck. I went to move it and the battery is dead ( or at least I hope that is all that is wrong with it). I now have to go buy a Battery Charger. I will never buy or refer anyone to make any purchases from Home Depot and this review will be shared everywhere I can. As of today 7/6/2025 I am still UNABLE to use my brand new CUBCADET as the battery WILL NOT CHARGE

love this store, I brought this item some some time ago. I went to get some more of the item I had brought several years ago. I was looking around and brought a few other items.

Some people aren't that good online, so they call in,the people working these calls should make the caller feel like they are as important as anyone else. And not tell the customer that something is in store available when they haven't actually put eyes on it!!!!!

Should not have to wait 45 minutes to get lumber restocked.

Packout items are randomly placed throughout the store on different isles and end caps. It was like just stick them where you can find a place. Sone locked in cages on end caps, same ones 2 isles over out and on display.

Great initial contact, good communication throughout. Very pleasurable experience appreciate it.

Do shop here. Clean, Friendly, Items Usually in Stock, Good Prices. Glad to see more people out on the floor to assist customers. I'll continue to ask for one simple improvement hoping that it will happen. Namely, put aisle numbers at each end of every aisle. If you're in the back, there's no telling what aisle you're on. I have small gripes about this store: some items are listed on line in a designated spot in the store (aisle, bay numbers), but that's not where they are in reality. Overall, though, this Home Depot is a lot more friendly and helpful than the other box store across the street, so I do recommend them.

The employees have always been respectful and helpful to me.

Good store to shop at. Good customer services.

Yesterday was shopping for sprinkler movement and I was happy to have such a variety of parts to pick and choose from

Alot of changes have been made in home depot business, be sure to look around big ticket item might find it cheaper elswhere!
