Allen helped me looked for some lumber I was looking for he was extremely helpful and kind he shows the true meaning of a cashier and the store employees were cery helpful too

I bough some batteries for my photography shop I own and Allen my cashier was so helpful he help me find what I was looking for and very friendly and pleasant to have as my cashier in outside garden

Went in today for some plumbing things to fix a broken pipe and Mr Thomas was great he helped me to get what I needed

CT in paint is super knowledgeable and great personality

I paid for an installation in March and find out 2 months going on 3 months later that my order(doors) was discontinued. My question was they not aware of this when I paid over $2,000 and submitted the order to be shipped. The vendor lacks communication and they have pushed back a project I was having done and had to put off due to waiting on these doors to come to match the color correctly. Really upsets me because this is the 2nd incident i've had with installation, the first time was in 2018 when I had some flooring done.

Thank you Jose for helping me out in the lawn and garden on 5-24-22. He went out of his way to help me with my landscape design and made it even better!

Home Depot is a great store to purchase all the home necessities for remodeling, improving, or in repairing unexplected things that need to be fixed right away. I have bought many tools, paint, lumber, and garden things. They are the store to go to.

GC and Tonda took time to help me find just what I needed. I’ve worked in some form of retail for the last 40 years. I’ve done service, trained service and appreciate great service. So nice that my home town Home Depot has solid folks working the floor to help customers!

I was looking for a LED Security Light to be place in my back yard.

I can go to other hardware stores and the things that i need are usually not on the shelf. I have to put in an order just to get the part to the store the next day so i can go pick it up. It turns into a huge price because of shipping which is ridiculous. At Home Depot they have tons of little hardware that i am needing for my projects and it doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to get it. The app that Home Depot has for the store is really helpful trying to find things in the store. If the app doesn't help you then a worker there will. I enjoy going to Home Depot alot for my projects I have at my house.

Have purchased several major appliances through Home Depot.

I was shopping for a refrigerator, a washer, and a dryer. The lady who helped me, Marla, was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable in a down home, Texas style that is becoming more and more rare these days. When I picked out a GE refrigerator, she pointed out a sale on GE appliances that would save me $150 if I also bought a GE washer and GE dryer. All three products were available for delivery within a week, which is pretty amazing, given the current supply chain problems. The store was clean, pleasant, and well organized. The product displays are attractive.

Purchased the joker Halloween decoration. The original product broke the first day it was assembled. Was able to exchange for same item. 2nd joker broke in exact same place within 2 weeks of purchase, unfortunately 2 days before our Halloween haunted house. Home depot was unable to exchange as item was out of stock, and since had been reduced 50% as clearance, refused to refund for original purchase price, only offered 107 in store credit for a 200$ purchase.

Did curbside pickup. Checked in waited 15 minutes no one came. Went inside to pick up my order and they didn't even know I had checked in. Store wasn't busy because when I went to the counter three people were just standing around talking about what they were going to do after work.

The cashier Kay was very friendly, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. She made our shopping visit worthwhile! Thank you Kay!

The store manager Jen and the assistance employee's Michael, Destynee,and Melanie, truly made me feel special. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They didn't let me leave without doing everything possible to satisfy me, no matter how long it took. This type of service blew my mind, because you don't get this everywhere you go. This has proven to me that they truly care about their customers. I most definitely will be returning,and getting the word out about The Home Depot in Longview Texas. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! GREAT PRICES!!!
