Friendly, helpful, and available knowledgeable staff ...great products...easy accessibility...GREAT garden center!!!

Whenever I walk into this store I am greeted by an employee and ask if I need help in finding anything. The employees I've asked for help have always been very nice and if they don't know the answer they find someone that does. I recently used the paint department area and the people working there were very efficient and friendly. Checking out is always quick. Very clean, nice store! Their prices are competitive and sometimes lower. I will continue to shop at this Home Depot!

I am a frequent shopper at this store and have always found it to be enjoyable. Well they really outdid themselves this time. I went there to buy some supplies for my deck sealing project. First I was asked by the lady if I needed any help, and she quickly took me what what I was looking for (deck cleaner) and told me the coverage and it could be diluted 1:1 from memory. Very impressed. I collected what I needed and was off to another department on the other side of the store for more items. About 5 minutes later the same salesperson showed up and told me they were looking for me, and handed me a rebate form for the product she helped me find, which saved me $20. I was almost speechless but managed to thank her for her effort.

The staff at this Home Depot are always very friendly and helpful. I recently completed a total bath remodel at our house and they went out of their way to be sure I had the information I needed to make the best decisions.

Went to the store a couple of days after lawn mower purchase with coupon received in mail that I forgot to take with me: associate was very helpful and able to refund the discount amount

Employees know the products, how to use them and are willing to help. They show you to what you are looking for rather than just pointing to an area.

I was so impressed by the service I recieved in every department. So helpful and you never had to look for assistance. There was someone in every department I went to!

Items were easier to find online than in the store but more available at the store than online. There are 2 choices - not available in store and available at store. I confused these; not Home Depot's fault. The associates were friendly and products were easy to locate. We went from Plan A to Plan B and the items we considered were in the same general area so we were able to reconfigure pretty quick. Best part was checking out. Carol was so friendly and kind. She inquired about our project, showed interest even though she didn't have to, and double counted mass numbers of items actually saving me a few bucks when I had over counted! Wonderful experience.

I shopped store #1956 and we were approached by several employees asking if they could help us. They were very friendly and helpful. When we used the self check out Evelyn was most friendly !! This was a nice shopping experience!! Good to know that Home Depot has instilled great customer service into the training of their employees !

We received excellent help at the special order desk. Nino from Lawn and Garden answered all our questions on a lawn trimmer we purchased. Evelyn was very friendly when we checked out. Great crew and great prices.

This store is always neat, clean, well organized and well stocked. I am a veteran and I think this is the only store where I will get asked if I am for the discount. It may not be much to some folks but it impresses me!

We are buying a house. I been researching for a month to figure out who has cheaper prices. Out of lowes, menards, and Home Depot, homedepot was cheaper. On multiple occasions we have come and receieved amazing service. On April 18th, a man in the door department and cashier Nico were very nice and gave excellent service. The man in the door department gave great advice and answered all my questions. Also, was very sweet to our daughter. Nico, the cashier, was checking us out. I remembered Home Depot did military discount. Nico thanked my husband for his service which my husband appreciated and made me smile. Sadly, the discount wouldn't want to go through. So he tried another way to get the discount but couldn't. He apologized. We understood. It wasn't a big deal. We appricated his efforts.

Excellent customer service at this location. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. There is always someone to greet you at the door and every worker you pass by asks if you need their assistance. Store is easy to navigate, and they always have everything I need.
