Everyone was very helpful. Product were available.

We are young, new home owners and every single visit to this Home Depot in the past two months has been pleasant. We never feel like we're getting pushed into purchasing something or that we're annoying associates with our numerous questions. Pat in cabinetry has been wonderful in helping us lay out and create our kitchen renovation even putting up with our last minute decision to change a window placement which causes her to rearrange her very well thought out plan! Mike in appliances was conscious of our budget while still getting us all the features we wanted. Dennis in plumbing answered all of our questions and made us feel like we can always go to him if we have questions on how to put pex in vs copper pipe for our radiator heaters (or if we have any questions at all on our radiator heating for matter!!) There was a gentleman in windows who's name I cannot remember (tall with glasses) who was also a wealth of knowledge and eager to assist. Never once have we felt pressured to spend more than we anticipated or wanted to OR that we were getting "talked into" features we didn't want. It truly feels like going to your local hardware store when you go to thus location.

One of the best Home Depots in New Jersey! - Everyone's friendly, knowledgable and take the time to walk you directly to the product you're looking for instead of just "pointing".- Makes a big difference.

The store was clean and well laid out even though the holiday season is close. Just was able to help myself and sister purchase the appliances that we were looking for in a timely and pleasant manner and looked for every way to give us the best value for our purchase.

The home depot company has the most strategic locations and gives their coustomers easy access to all their products

You would thing if the item is sold in the store that parts, even though there are only few that would ever need replacing, would be in stock. Not the case with a door know on a storm door in stock and the turn around time is two weeks. Totally not acceptable.

I've gone on line to find/purchase items at this Home Depot, experience was the best. Easy to find items online and you'll see if they are available to pick up. Within a hour I've found the items are not only available, they are ready at the pick up location for me to go there and get them. Desk associates are fast & very friendly/helpful. They asked if I would like a free bottle of cold water to take with me as I was leaving. Whole experience was refreshing after a long day of work! Hats off to the team & managers. Keep up the good work!

The Pro Sales associate Brian Denham was extremely professional and helpful. He completely designed my railing system with all the components and hardware needed to complete the job. It was effortless on my part. It was a pleasure working with him and made my job easy. There should be more associates like him which make shopping a pleasure.

I have a toddler and I am also pregnant so I cannot lift anything. Rose, an associate, was so helpful! I did not lift a finger... I purchased 4 heavy tables and a heavy dehumidifier and Rose took care of it all. She even had someone load my vehicle for me without even asking! Great customer service! Thank you Rose.

I went in to the store with a long list of parts to get for a hot tub connection (my husband who is an electrician wrote the list). I went straight to the electrical department and asked for help with this long list. The associate that helped me was named Debbie and she was so knowledgeable and nice. She spent about a half hour with me going through and finding each exact item I needed. There was a question on a few of the parts but I couldn't get phone signal inside so she was kind enough to watch my cart (and still work on my list) so I could go out to the garden center to make a phone call. Her being so helpful made this shopping experience a breeze.

Fast friendly knowledgeable associates, who are more than willing to help you find everything you need for your home project, I was completely satisfied with the help and expertise I received on a personable level !

From the moment we first met with Pat, she has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She is very friendly while still providing very professional service. She made every effort to accommodate our schedule as we are traveling back and forth from PA to NJ for this project.

When I visit Home Depot for my large orders for re-building my home, I only seek out Brian Denham. He has been most helpful every visit I make. He is ready to answer any questions I have and offer helpful hints and advice in my construction project. He takes the time to walk me to the aisle where any of my products are located and also explains the difference in each product and offers advice on the product I should purchase and why. I consider him a friend in the store and he is always friendly and always has a kind word to say. He remembers my construction projects and asks how they are turning out. I feel as if I have a personal attendant, confident and guide that I can rely on. While planning my materials I go to Brian first and ask his opinion. Besides Brian, most everyone in the store knows me and always takes time to say hello, even those that don't know me say hello and are very friendly and ask if I need help. I have been visiting this store since it initially opened.

I really was thankful that Ellie made me aware of a product on sale that saved me money and was of better quality that what I originally was to purchase.

have notice the quality of the materiel has dropped and the shelves are sometimes loaded with just the trash lumber from the end of the draft all picked through ..home depot needs to ship this stuff out or back to vendor not keep putting it on the shelf I guess it could be worse.
