The employees make the Home Depot in Marathon the happiest place to shop!! They are so helpful and pleasant and make every single visit to the store pleasant!

This store and the people who work in it remind me of what small town America probably used to be like. If you have a problem or need something, they'll go out of their way to make it happen or make it right. Lived in the Keys for nearly a year now and there's barely a day that goes by where I don't have to stop in this store so I'm thankful it meets all my expectations as a local consumer. Keep up the good work guys!!!

this store was spotlessly clean and things were organized well. the associates knew where the items i was looking for were located and i found them quickly. time is always important so i usually check on line to see if the items are in stock good job home depot as usual. now lets get competitive with on line hardware

The employees are great. Good attitudes and helpful. Just wish there were more of them. Im in the store several times a week and sometimes its hard to find someone to help with specific knowledge of the department.

The cashier named Nancy has to be the most pIesant cashier I have ever deaIt with! Not onIy was she heIpfuI and curtious she was very happy! It made my trip to Home Depot a pIeasure! I wiII make it a point to have her check us out again! She is great!

After 20 years, we've returned to our first home, here in Marathon. And that's meant a MAJOR makover! Home Depot in Marathon has such helpful, knowledgeable, friendly employees....it makes all the hard work of home renovation a good bit easier! Thanks all!

My visit to Home Depot in Marathon was very good yesterday. I needed to order something for cabinets I had installed from there and two associates in the cabinet area were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I love Home Depot anyway and this experience made it even better!

Management offering very little to resolve a damaged merchandise issue. And unable to buy the item in good condition as there were none left in stock. The customer service was dissapointing. Will research other options when buying in the future.

The Christmas tree area was well taken care and clean. The home depot person knew what he was doing, with opening, showing and trimming the Christmas tree

This shopping day was fun and I there were plenty of knowledgeable sales attendants to guide us to what and where we needed for the project we were beginning.

Associates need to be held accountable for their work and trained much better. Many and I mean many walk around with hands in pockets not doing a dang thing. When asked a question they refer you to another who in turn doesn't know either and does the same!!! This is insane and people come into the store to get what they need and leave but not at this store! Sadly it is the only store in town that has building, painting, home improvement products. Believe me if there were a Lowes or another big store such as Home Depot people would shift immediately over to those other stores and not come back or give Home Depot another thought!!.

As always, the Marathon, Fl store does a great job. I was just in to return a few items I over purchased for a large project and my transaction was handled quickly and efficiently. I was taken care of by Hope, who is very friendly and great at her position. I have had numerous trips to this store and it is always a joy to shop here.

The parking was assessable plenty of places to park under the shade of the sun. I was in a hurry to find some hardware to complete a project. I received a warm welcome upon entering the store, once in Hardware a assistant helped me find the items I needed quickly. I did linger a bit, looking at displays and items on sale. Over all a quick and very successful stop.

I am disabled and I just love to g to Home Depot. Sometimes I order online for store Pickup, and other times I go to the store and they have the disabled carts. Either way all the associates hare very nice, knowledgeable about the area they work in and very helpful to me. I like all the selection the store has and the quality of what I get. Wish all the stores in the Florida Keys had the order online and pickup in-store option. Thanks Home Depot.
