So grateful for the personal assistance I receive whenever I shop at this Home Depot. Thank you for being such great neighbors, and helping us in our home projects!

I needed an odd screw to complete a repair on a ceiling fan. I could not find the right one anywhere because the head needed to be countersunk and though you could find the same size the screw would not work because of that. I went to this store and found someone to help me within a couple of minutes of entering. He was courteous and really went through all the sizes available but we kept coming up short. When I mentioned what I needed it for he suggested we go to the electrical department and search there. I would not have thought of that on my own. After more searching he found me the last package of the exact screws for the job. This was a tiny purchase and yet he treated me like the most important customer ever. His name is Brad and he really is versed in customer service. I would recommend this store any day because a store with employees like Brad deserves to be recommended.

Ordered window blinds from a very knowledgeable sales lady, however, that is when the problems began. Order to have installer come out and measure was not placed until I called several times to inquire why I had not heard from anyone. Installer finally came and measured. I went back into the store to get the final quote and pay. Was notified within a day that blinds were cut and ready to be picked up. Picked up blinds which took 30-40 min. for order to be located. Waited to be contacted for installation and finally called to discover the order for installation had never been placed. Home Depot has my money and I am going to have to wait another week to get installation. Don't bother ordering anything that needs to be installed unless you have the time and patience to continually follow up.

The employees there have always been helpful The last visit BC gathered my items and loaded them into my car. Monika was the cashier and she was very helpful, unlike the employees on Albemarle road store.

The Store were very clean and organize. The Associate Jeef (JXH0148) has and excellent actitud. He help me to have the right appliances and looking to have the best quality and price.

The rental department was awesome and everyone was so friendly, so i am definitely coming back.

Appliance needs are expertly handled by the very tall lady in the appliance area. (I forgot her name.) I made an error with the model I wanted to buy and the salesperson handled the correction of the original order the next day with no problems, also she was very pleasant to work with in ordering and later correcting the order of the products I desired.

Excellent customer service. I was greeted at the door from a smiling employee. Offered assistance upon entering & several times through out the store. I had to order items that i needed; but was assisted with the special order process. Check out was breeze.

What makes one store better than the others?? The People.... quite honestly the items available from almost all of this type store are about the same.. it is the customer service and the friendly atmosphere that make the difference. This one has that extra bonus of feeling like a small town store.. Love it!
