The store was nice and organize and clean. They did not have much assistance they didn't really ask if I needed help

Berry good service, frenly and helpful will visit the store

I visit this store just because I'm more familiar with it, but frankly it really needs to provide more customer service. The only time I get approached by someone at this store is because they are doing a survey. When I need help, I got to be chasing employees for good while, then when I see one down the aisle, it never fails, they go some other way like they're actually trying to avoid me. There's been times I just get frustrated and leave. When I'm lucky and find an employee to ask him where to find a product, they just point to or say "aisle 12...". At Lowe's they actually walk with you to get the product. There's a big difference between Home Depot and Lowe's in terms of customer service. I guess Lowe's has this policy for employees to go and ask you if you need any help. That rocks. Please learn from them!

I love coming to the Home Depot in Pharr Tx. The associates in the contractors desk are always trying to go above and beyond for me. Would recommend to anyone.

I went looking for a product, so I went the customer service desk. I was received by a very friendly associate, she immediately looked up the product. She told me where to find it and before you know it I was on my way.

Store was clean except for bathroom. Very, very dirty and could not use or even stay inside due to the foul smell.

I just went to get a copy of a key (regular key). Super fast and cheap!
