This store has not changed much since 2003 when I last worked briefly. I was working regularly at the Mission, TX. on Shary Rd. for 3 years. Associates and products are still hard to find quality of products is still very good but getting help or finding the product I need well sometimes it takes a little research on my part. I know that most associates do try to help as I did back in the days that I was an associate myself. All in all still a good place to shop and get the material and tools I need.

Nice people and will help you with whatever you are looking for.

Friendly staff, helped us what we needed. We needed something, and our associate helped us get it and helped us pay for it.

I explained what I needed to the associate and he was able to quickly select the tool that I needed to get the job done! Excellent experience!

Store was clean, but unorganized in the indoor garden section. Shopping during the Christmas season, store was busy and did not have enough cashiers on staff to help avoid long lines.

The same experience as always ( and as expected ) Unless you know exactly what you are looking for and know exactly where it is . . . good luck trying to find it or worse, trying to find someone to help you.

Store is well stocked but is always overcrowded with merchandise in the isles. Associates are helpful and are kept busy.

Bouncing back and forth between Home Depot and Lowe's is a bother. I know because that is what I normally do. But let me save you some time and maybe some money too and give you some tips. Home Depot and Lowe's almost have identical prices. The customer service is also identical. The biggest difference is the product selection. Home Depot usually has the items I need. Especially the newer (more popular) items. Home Depot's selection usually does not have the "junk" or "flea market trash" that I find at WalMart. This is a serious store for home improvement and projects. Also, I learned to go online and check out what is available before visiting the store. It saves me a lot of time comparing items. I think next time I will try to order online and see if I can pick it up at the store.

Great Experience Pharr, location. Friendly, curtious service. Clean, most products in its place. Understandable, holidays very busy.

In selecting our Christmas tree the store associates were readily available to help.

It usually everything you need, and always clear of aiskes and checkouts for faster buying and looking for what you want.

Everything went very well and smooth. Associates were kind.

Lots of Christmas decor, plenty in stock the evening I went but the aisles were a little narrow with excess decor on hand. Self Check is awesome no problems and guys were ready to help load into vehicle if needed! My favorite Home Depot in the RGV for sure.

The store was really clean. Had the associates help and was able to find items fast. Also very sweet employees that we're happy to help. As I was walking out an employee ask to load our items in our truck he sure went the extra mile, and it's awesome to see that!
