Happy to take a trip with my dad to the Home Depot although I did not make a purchase entered the Home Depot Gift Card Giveaway for my dad and he did not want to opt in for anything, yet I WON - according to the rules. The third category, I called Home Depot about non purchase and they stated purchase receipt was needed. I did not make a purchase and the receipt use for my dad was not opted in, therefore IAM the only third category participant. No purchase necessary no receipt code for non purchase and yet able to enter the receipt.

I came in there with no idea that how I was going to get a water heater, what I needed to get for a water heater and how to do it myself.But that gentleman named johnson , he helped me out really a lot , and I thank him a lot , and thank you home depot

Hardware draws are always poorly stocked and unorganized

I came in and was greeted which is something I haven’t seen in decades. I came to get spray paint but of course it was locked which is typical I couldn’t find anyone but a young lady was passing by and seem I was a tad frustrated and politely asked me if which ones I was looking at so she can grab them for me. I chose the colors I need which was nearing 10 and I couldn’t hold them. She left and came back with a cart when I thought she just left to do something else. Turns out the cart was for me which I was surprised even more. I felt comfortable to ask her where the items I needed where located and she went above and beyond not only telling me but walking with me. She had great customer service I even spoke to her manager Jose I believe her name was blue and I will definitely be coming back!

Tammy and Claudia are two amazing women that work at this Home Depot! They are kind, funny and truly professional. Thank you ladies for making this experience such a pleasure

My recent visit went very well , not too many people , so there were plenty of associates . But in general, when it is busy it would be nice to have extra associates available.

I only shop at this McDowell Home Depot as a last resort due to the heavy traffic in this area. Parking lot is always trashed by the numerous people homeless looking for work.

YOU CAN NEVER GET ANY HELP. NO ONE HAS EVER SAID THESE WORDS... CAN I HELP YOU? MANAGER'S ARE THE WORST.

I just needed small item from my small project and I was working nights. I can passby the store on my way home that was conveniently located from my work and on my way back home. Employees were friendly and approachable. That makes my day even tired from my night shift work.

Didn't talk to me at all, talked to other customers and the other cashier. All in Spanish. I understand Spanish, I took it for 4 years but here it was irrelevant because I was invisible.

I came in to make a copy of my key and selected a key that didn’t have a barcode tag and because it was the only one left they had wrote down the barcode number to be able to charge you for the key. When the team member tried to scan obviously she couldn’t and said we can’t make your key and I asked her to ask a supervisor and she said no and put the key back and I told her why would you put it back if you can’t scan it or someone can’t buy that key? Then I told the manager and he just looked at me and said oh I don’t know and walked away

SO FREINDLY INVEROMENT

My trip was made much better due to my check out experience Erika was my cashier at self check out. When others let me figure it out she was on point assisting me in checking out. She counted my items and made sure everything was checked out quickly and accurately. Erika was friendly happy and eager to help. Having Erika at Home Depot taking care of the business and the customers speaks volumes about Home Depot. Erika is a great asset to your organization and I enjoyed having her check me out.

Everyone is in a rush and I guess not in their correct department. Any question you ask “this is not their department so they don’t know” and keep it moving. Tool rental close before 8pm and the manager do not know how to close out tool rental contracts. I prefer Laveen Home Depot much better humans and customer service.

I had a special order and 10 bags of self leveling 50lbs pounds bags and closet special order and no help loading , Horace and employee just look at me load my truck myself

Employees are rude, no customer service

Cashiers are slow and don’t give the customer the option to get a email receipt they override it before I can answer

I went in to buy a new shower faucet, and I had the old one with me. I asked the guy to help me find the right size He told me the one I had was the correct size and then rudely told me he didnt have time to help me anymore, he was very busy. It ended up being the wrong size and now I have to return it. I wont be going back to this location,

I truly love shopping at this location, and their stores care clean and neat, and very well stocked. I normally order online for my convenience, and have never, ever had a problem in doing so. Staff there are courteous, well-trained, and professional. I would recommend this location to ALL interested Home Depot shoppers for all of your home improvement needs. Staff members there are very helpful, if you need it, they will find it for you..

The plumber specialist has helped me several times and is very knowledgeable in his field! I had an old part and he knew it was upgraded to a new part and plucked it from the shelves like it was shining for him.
