This store has a huge selection in merchandise and everyone is polite and helpful. I always find more than I plan to get.

The 75th Avenue and McDowell store was clean. And the associates were unbelievably helpful! Assistant Manager Annette, hand filed me a replacement key after me breaking off my key in my front door. What great associates at that store!

Kudos to Denise and Caroline!!! Those two were so kind, soft spoken, very knowledgeable, great great customer service given!!! Frank is not a plumber did not know where items are, sent me a wild goose hunt sent me to garden where Then I ran into some woman in garden who snapped at me for being sent her way for a plumbing connection she knew nothing about and walked away!! Lori and Lisa ladies you are the worst managers I've came across!!! Just the way they speak to people is uncalled for!!! Nasty!!!

This store is the best store, I've ever been in, every one is very knowledgeable of their products, and how to use them and if I have a question, it's comforting to know that they listen and will help you with what you need and explain how to do it, and if I'm at home and I have a question, I can call that department and the lady/gentlemen working there can answer my question and talk me through it! This store goes above and beyond the call of duty!

Great Customer Service and always have what I need.

Shelves are usually stocked pretty well but forget about asking anyone for help. The entire store is understaffed and has cashiers/front end workers who act like they hate their job (cant blame them). They should really bring up employee morale in the store and then maybe they would be happier to help the customers.

If I have the chance to choose zero stars I would have !!! Evelin was the worst customer service representative!!! Her attitude towards customers the worst !!! I’m guessing she hates her job !!!! But if she does not like to work with customers she should find another job where she is happy

Employees are always very friendly. If I ask one of them for help, they always take me directly to the product, It's a great store to shop at. That OTHER home supply store is just down the street, but I come back to this Home Depot for their excellent items and excellent service.

Home depot on McDowell is quite big.there are numerous products and items can be found in aisles with various headings.first class shopping experience can be met when it comes to choosing items necessary for home.e.g stoves,fridges,microwaves,etc.also one can find items needed for repair in any department and for improving your home.

Friendly employees, easy in and out!

Store always has enough merchandise available on all sale items. It is staffed by friendly and well-trained store personnel, I have only had problems with online purchases, in that the Contest entry, which I love to do, is almost ALWAYS missing the password part of the receipt. The User ID is printed, but the printed page cuts off the mandatory PASSWORD needed to enter the contest. This has been an ongoing problem for nearly 2 years now. I prefer to shop online....but I don't like having a partial receipt that is unacceptable for contest entries. All they need to do is change the print size on their printers to make sure a complete receipt prints EVERY time.

My orders are always correct, and processed very quickly. The Associates are not only professional, but friendly, genuine, and helpful.

Store was very clean and the Associated were very helpful and very Knowledgeable and their areas helping others in their areas when they're on lunch and breaks thats what you call a team

Guy in paint was very helpful, instead of just giving me what I thought I needed, he asked questions and directed me to a product that was suited exactly for my needs.

EXCELLENT SERVICE IN THE PAINT DEPARTMENT
