The Lady in plumbing who helped me was knowledgeable and patient and the cashier was very accommodating.

Brenda Fernandez went above and beyond the call of duty helping to find the perfect counter top for my new kitchen. I can not say enough for all the help that she has provided me. She is a true asset to your Home Depot team

I went to this store needing a large number of special brass plumbing parts. After locating everything on my list, (Which I considered wonderful) I went to checkout and needed to do a "mock-up" assembly by opening the small plastic bags. I needed a flat somewhat medium sized area to do this. The manager suddenly appeared, which was like a "God Send" because he knew exactly what I needed to do, and provided an area close by. He then assisted me through the procedure, with kindness and professionalism. The cashier was quite friendly and sharp too. I have to say that I was blown away by the whole situation. I honestly felt like I was some special chosen person! I most seriously HIGHLY recommend this store, and help from this fine Store Manager when you shop.

Frank in tool rental was a huge help. I came in needing help with a piece of equipment that I broke. Frank went above and beyond to help me. I could not have been more pleased with my visit. Thanks Frank! you are awesome!

As a former P/T employee of THD, I can appreciate what goes into giving good customer service. I was greeted at the door, once I located an associate,she/he did everything possible to make sure I got what I was looking for. I am still the DIY handyman, garage full of tools, just moved to Phoenix, it was good to find my regular source was close by and just as helpful.

I use to use another type of store but I prefer HD great customer service

Every employee is available to help here. They not only point you in the right direction, but will show you other options.

The store has cleaned itself up, better management, this time I was spoken to in English.

Michael in the Paint Department is an excellent store associate. He helped us understand what we needed for the best results. It was busy and yet he paid attention to us and our project without being distracted. Excellent!

The associates were the problem qnd is a management problem. They were not available in the isles of their depts they belong in. Instead they seemed to be conragated in groups and I suspect were not discussing co. business. That doesn't help the customer.

I recently suggested that more of the lumber carts should be available in the store in the lumber aisles. Since making that comment (not knowing if my comment made a difference) there has been a very noticeable improvement in the availability of lumber carts in the lumber aisles. This is very helpful and makes the shopping experience more enjoyable and easier. Great job Home Depot associates at store #0455!

I got out of my vehicle and an associate was getting carts and I asked him if he could direct me in the plumming department. He recommended Steve in Plumming. He was rigthright. Steve assisted me and I was able to go home and complete my project. Both assiociates were very helpful in directing me in the right direction.

The associate who assisted me in this purchase of a dishwasher was exceptional! She was friendly and comfortable with her knowledge of the product, offered alternatives to make sure I was purchasing the right machine for my needs, and voluntarily performed additional online feature and price checks. I actually enjoyed this experience, and will definitely stick with my Home Depot.

Should have more pro-loader help available. Also would be good to have lumber carts brought into main lumber aisle so it's available when picking lumber items (rather than having to go hunt down a cart in the parking lot).

We were walking into plumbing section when an associate asked if we need help. We showed him the hoses to the faucet and he directed us to isle 13,when arriving there your next associate Steve in a wheel chair came to us and we just had to show him what we needed and he handed us the hoses an a shut off valve which he explained what the difference between the 2 he had shown us. When we were turning to walk away with the products the first associate approached us in isle 13 and asked if we found what we were looking for. Excellent customer service and the associates were very well educated in their area.

The items I was shopping for were readily available and all were at great prices. I was excited at the price of the items I shopped for as they were all within my budget!

I had purchased a name brand electrical toner for work from one store and drove out to the job site only to find the darn thing didn't work right out of the package. So after a few curse words I drove right back to home depot although not the same store I bought it from. While at said store I ran a into an associate who eagerly assisted me with testing the new toner at the store before I exchanged it. Luckily the second toner worked fine and the associate told me to keep the 2 9 volt batteries needed for the tester. I quickly went from being a somewhat angry customer to a satisfied customer from the small gesture. I'm glad to see there are still associates who truly believe in customer service.
